I still don't know the name of the project manager, let alone what he looks like, because he never showed up onsite or made any real effort to communicate throughout the build. No updates, no coordination, and no accountability. We constantly had to chase people down just to get basic answers. The attention to detail was equally disappointing. We were left with damaged and scuffed-up coping, stained decking, stained stucco -- and were essentially expected to just accept it. For a six-figure investment, the result should've been flawless. Instead, it looks like corners were cut at every stage. I'm a project coordinator in the construction industry myself, and I would never treat customers the way we were treated. The level of customer service was unacceptable. Tom, our sales rep, was great in the beginning -- friendly, helpful, and responsive. But the moment we signed the contract, we felt completely abandoned and instantly regretted choosing this company. Our biggest regret is not taking more time to research and choose a pool builder that actually values communication, craftsmanship, and customer experience. What's even more concerning is that I've posted this review twice on Google -- and both times it was hidden. It seems they're actively burying recent negative reviews to protect their image. That says everything you need to know about how they handle customer feedback. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

We were truly impressed with the Dale and his team and their professionalism and service, so when we needed a new weekly pool service company, I called them. They started the following month. So far they have been great! I see the same tech, Adam every week (and he has been working there a long time), he's friendly and thorough and actually has only good things about the company he works for, which is family and locally owned btw. Each week they send me an invoice via email showing what they have done and letting me know if I need to do anything like add water. He will also ring the bell if I am home to tell me anything important and/or leave a note. I like that they also are certified to work on our pool equipment. They're two brothers clearly have a lot of experience from working at another pool heating company. From the beginning, they were easy to communicate with and very professional. The install itself was really clean and well done. They showed up on time, explained what they were doing, and took their time to make sure everything was right. You can tell they care about the quality of their work. They also handled the permitting, and even the inspector commented on how clean and solid the installation looked, which was great to hear. So far they're doing a great job. My pool was drained and acid washed because the last service company let it turn green with algae along the edges and all through the fountain. It got out of control when I fired them because there was a gap in service for three weeks making various phone calls and waiting for Aquaworks to come out. They were not the first company I called. I had a no-show from one company and a late call back from another. It's hard to find good people. So far my fountain is getting a little green again. I spoke to my maintenance guy and he said it needs to be sprayed with bleach often. I had tried that in the past but had no idea they pool bleach and liquid bleach for laundry were different concentrations. He informed me that pool bleach was much stronger. He recommended a sprayer which I have since ordered. He also offered to fill it up with the pool bleach for me! I anticipate that this week. One of my qualms is their documentation. They sent me a receipt for draining the pool and upgrading my equipment etc but the receipt it not itemized at all. It just says here's the charge and that I paid. Kinda weird. The upgrade to the pool equipment has been a life saver. All this time I thought my pool vacuum sucked. It actually doesn't. It works great now that the pipes are the size they're supposed to be. Fantastic! Saved me from converting my pool vac to a jet powered one. They said the suction powered one is best for enclosed pools anyway. I appreciate they didn't try to up sell me on stuff I don't need. Seems like an honest company that is family owned. So far maintenance is going well.
