They offer a machine that gives you their coins to pay for the machine but they are $1 each, they have the washing machines at $8.50 or $6.50 and they wanted me to just leave it as it was. I fought for my $.50. They do it 24/7 so you can imagine how much extra money they are stealing really each day from customers! I do appreciate them letting me be charged with their CC machine because their machine to get coins was down but they should provide customer with $.25 cents worth coins not $1 to not steal from customers. I don't know... I may not understand business The place was clean and people were using machines. They also offer wash and fold and laundry by the pound.

That was a bit frustrating as the one I needed included the .50. So I opted for the one without the additional .50. That could definitely use some help. They have not communicated with me except for when I call and I get the response, "we have to call the manager". Then I'm told the owner is refusing to answer the employees calls about it. I'm sick to my stomach. They have avoided me at all cost. Did I mention I've already paid for my blanket, just to return home with THE WRONG ONE! Had to return that the same day, but didn't receive my money back because I was "promised" the right one the next day. Nope. Still weeks later, and NOTHING! When my suits was returned to me the white suit was scorched on the inside lapel, it was torn or cut or something, not sure what happened to it. But when I returned it to them, I was told Clifford said it couldn't have happened there because it would have had an oil stain. I kept telling them this suit just came out of the box, and it was not torn scorched, or overly pressed. He refused to return any of my phone calls. His employers just kept telling me he said it was already damaged, I had just purchased the suits for ushering, and I really needed them . But the thing is I didn't even complain about the over pressed suits, I did not even make a big deal about the lapel being scorched, but I did mention it to them. But I told his employers to tell him I could not perform my duties on sun morning with a spot in the middle of my white skirt, We never had this problem when Quality cleaners was serving our clothes for over 40 years. They ruined a silk scarf, an Eileen Fisher Blouse, Sweater, Cocktail dress, Capri Pants, and a shawl. They pressed wrinkles into shirts. When I called they offered to reclean the items. That was a nice gesture, but I decided that they had already cost me a couple of thousand dollars since what they ruined had only been cleaned once before and was still basically new. I couldn't afford to have them ruin anything else. I hate that it happened. They had been very good in the past.
