The place is always spotless too, which says a lot about how the team runs things. Shoutout to Steve -- he's an awesome trainer, always dialed in on my form and keeping me motivated. I've dealt with a knee injury, and for the past 6 months, he's consistently modified my workouts to keep me progressing safely without aggravating it. That kind of ongoing, personalized attention is hard to find; the process here is great too, well-structured and led by instructors who know how to keep the energy up.
