Avoid MPH Club if you expect them to honor their agreements…read more We agreed with Danny from MPH Club for five exotic car rentals over 5 days for $5,100, with the specific vehicle models delivered at specific times all agreed upon in advance through our text messages and conversations. They requested our insurance, copy of driver license etc. to confirm the booking. Upon arrival in Florida, it started with the very first car, no available, bait and switch. They said every other car will be delivered as agreed. Then they provide a contract on site, for only 1 car, wrong amount, but say the overall 5 cars will equal the agreed upon amount of $5,100. They charged $2,100 for the first car then never delivered the rest! Jake took over the conversation when I was in Florida, a young inexperienced kid that should be cleaning cars, not talking with customers . Danny never retuned another text message (till today - nothing! - Matt was also no help either. One call, then never responded to another call or text). These guys are scammers. Buyer beware! I quickly secured a Lambo and Ferrari from Leon at Miami Exotic and Gianni at Prestige Luxury Rentals. Cars delivered/picked up as described and agreed. Billing straight. What's expected. When booking an exotic car rental, you expect to receive the vehicle you selected -- not whatever happens to be available when the car is due for delivery!

At the time, Nate, the manager, kindly picked me up from the repair shop. He was exceptionally polite and welcoming-truly one of the most gracious professionals I've met. He made the experience feel almost like the start of a vacation. Although the location was short-staffed and the process initially took some time, I visited again today to clarify the charge. Within minutes, the team resolved everything and issued my refund right away. Their efficiency and courtesy were truly appreciated. THEY'RE GOING TO ROB YOU AND LIE!!!! Got a vehicle under…read moreinsurance as I was rear ended a week prior. I wanted a vehicle that was slightly larger than the absolutely unsafe Mitsubishi Mirage that should be illegal to even give as a rental vehicle. I got a Ford escape and was told by 2 workers that it would only be $8.00 extra in total for this vehicle. I was also told that the deposit would be $50 and returned to me when I returned the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Instead of being charged the $58.00 plus 7% Florida tax, I was charged double of $100.41, which I did not authorize or agree to. They also did not give me back my $50 deposit and instead gave me $37 even though they gave me a dirty vehicle and I filled up the tank completely before returning their vehicle. - Charges are being disputed and please believe I will be contacting the company very soon. If they do not fix the issue, I will have no other choice than to dispute ALL charges made by Enterprise. My name is also spelled wrong on their paperwork, so technically I did NOT authorize any payments.

I waited about 40 minutes just to get a car. When they finally gave me a "car", the gas level was…read moreextremely low, and the vehicle didn't even show a remaining range, which made it difficult to know how far I could safely drive. The worst part was the strong cigarette smell inside the vehicle. As soon as the A/C was turned on, the smell became even more noticeable. The entire center console and surrounding area had a sticky, dirty feeling that was honestly disgusting. I had my kids with me, and I was very uncomfortable having my family in a vehicle that smelled so strongly of cigarettes. I went inside and explained the situation, including that the car had very little gas and a strong cigarette odor. Instead of offering another solution, I was basically told to go put gas in it myself and that there were no other vehicles available. It felt like a "take it or leave it" attitude, with no concern for the customer experience. There was more: every time I used the turn signal, the blind-spot warning system displayed a message saying it was deactivated or needed service. That was another safety concern. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the long wait, extremely low fuel, strong cigarette odor, dirty/sticky interior, and a safety system showing a service warning, I expected much better from Enterprise. UPDATE: After a couple of calls and texts, they changed the car for us and gave us a much bigger vehicle, so my whole family could fit comfortably. The new car was super clean, and the service was fast and much better. It was honestly a completely different experience. I really appreciate them taking care of the situation and making things right.
