Loved her work through photos but saw she wasn't accepting new clients and had a waitlist. Thankfully this was 3 months before my move so I expressed interest and she told me to message her again closer to my move. I guess one of her clients moved away so I got lucky and I'm glad! She's in a little studio tucked away, but it is close to Belmont Caltrain station and was just a 15 minute walk from my apartment. I love that she put lash decorations on her door to make it easier to find :) Cindy is very warm, loving, and friendly. I had just met her and she was already treating me like I was a client of hers for years. I had lashes on already from my previous place and she said she could work with what was there vs needing an entirely new set. She also asked me what look I wanted to achieve and she said it would take a couple more sessions since we are building off what's already there. I am excited to see how it turns out :) Wholeheartedly recommend her, and just make sure you get on her waitlist!!

The first set I got from Dira I wasn't thrilled about, I thought they were too "dark" for my complexion. I've gone from the first set, which I thought was too much and then to the refill session, which she made less full with length (pretty!), this last time around, I decided I wanted to go for a shorter length and again, they looked so nice.
