Where do I even start? Overall, this gym is a 4/10, and that's being generous. The equipment is…read morelackluster, the space is overly cramped, and the cleanliness is nowhere near acceptable. On top of that, the staff seem miserable. If you ask a simple question, they respond with attitude and then talk behind your back. Why hire employees who clearly don't care about the gym or the people who pay to work out there? The bathrooms are consistently disgusting, and there have been multiple instances of rats running across the gym floor. Since the PureGym rebrand, there's genuinely no reason to come here. The automated entry system was a terrible idea -- it feels like going through airport security instead of entering a gym. This place is genuinely terrible, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who takes fitness seriously or even wants to start. I could go on and on about how poorly this establishment is run.

I have the green membership for Blink Fitness so it gives me access to every location. I'm choosing…read moreto review this location first because it's closest to home for me since I only take a single, 15 minute bus ride from home to this location. I don't think it's as bad as everyone else claims it to be, but there are areas for improvement and some guidelines for others to have a more fulfilling time at the gym. For starters I'm not knocking the place for having cardio machines taking half of the gym place, I do start off with a brisk 20-30 minute jog on the treadmill but they could use some more machines for building the legs and quads. They only got 4 leg press machines and not only they get occupied quickly, people tend to do super sets on them with some lasting as long as a half hour. I'm not in the business of waiting for a machine of limited quantity to become free of use so maybe 2 or 3 more leg press machines, especially when the place gets busy would be great. Yesterday when I came to this place, all of the machines were finally in working order but I do have to address how slow the upkeep on some of the machines are. I don't know how long it takes for them to get fixed but I'm pretty sure it shouldn't last a week and it would be ideal if the employees don't slack off too much and have more faulty machines pile up on that "to fix list". I've come around here long enough to have an understanding of how packed the place can get at any given time. If you want to have as many options available at the gym, best to go there early, notably around opening time to 1 PM on the weekdays because the Afternoons and Evenings can get filled up fast. The weekends have an even shorter range of free time with the gym getting heavy with people as soon as 11:30 AM. I haven't had any issues with anybody in the gym but it does get bothersome when you have an idea of what machine you want to use only for someone to be in the middle of a superset and even worse when someone else is waiting behind that person. Crowdedness and slow maintenance aside, It's a good spot to kill some time to build your frame or your endurance, plus the staff are pretty chill.

I don't think I've complained about any machines that I couldn't find in any of the locations I've been to. My minor grievance if anything is that the free weights could be re-racked better but that's just my OCD triggering me because it's not like I've had any challenge finding my ideal weight to lift. I had a bit of problem finding the location at first but for those wondering where it is, it's pretty deep in the first floor of a parking lot and the size of the place took me by surprise. I believe you'll find what you're looking for depending on what you want to work on. The Smoothie bar is always dependable for a post workout treat.

They have two doubles courts and room for a third with a rubber floor surface. I have to say that pickleball manager Michael is the glue that brings all the players together. He's organized, warm and friendly with everyone who comes in and even gets to know everyone's names. It's a fun social vibe and Michael is a patient instructor. There is also open pickle ball play where you drop in and play with others. When the free period ends, I am considering joining to supplement my tennis play. What a fun, social way to exercise:-)

Place was awesome and a great place to go to and so convenient for me to head to work right after a good workout. Now the place has literally made me put my membership on hold. The men's shower is absolutely disgusting. The showers have drain flies in every shower and they are huge. The Sauna smells so bad and has rotted wood in areas and mold which isn't good to breathe, while your trying to get the benefits of a Sauna. Steam room needs repair quite frequently and the lockers inside need cleaning. Then there is the Zen Den that you could only get 1 session in any chair once a day, when on the website it states unlimited hydro massage. I have tried to be patient hoping these issues would get fixed and resolved, but to no avail, nothing has changed. For these sanitary reasons and lack there of the benefits that I pay for. I will be putting my membership on hold. Maybe these issues get fixed but I highly doubt it. This ultimately will lead me to cancel my membership. OG member out. Louis Massari SMH
