Only go here if you want to be insulted by being told you have inexpensive clothing and if you want your clothes to be damaged with holes and chemical stains. Also, if they inform you the owner will be calling you to help come up with a resolution do not expect any phone calls from them. They do not care about customer service and only want your $$$$. I dropped off 5 items in JULY it is now SEPT (nearing the end) and I still do not have a resolution. After calling the owner MYSELF and getting into a screaming match with him (because he told me to move on from the past and did not offer a solution) I decided it wasn't worth it and left with my situation being unresolved. If you value your time and money please go elsewhere. Long story short- 2 of my items were returned to me with chemical stains and holes. 1 was stained with white chemical spots and the other shirt was ripped from the arm hole and since it is a woven shirt its not something that can be easily stitched up. 1 item was from urban outfitters (not cheap) and the other item was from Loft (again NOT cheap). I called my cell phone company as soon as I left from there to verify the number of times I reached out to resolve the issue on my own and I am speaking to them now as I write this review. I will update once they let me know how many times I called them to seek out a solution on my own. As a new resident in the area this was a terrible experience, I do not recommend anyone to go here. Moe, clearly you need to learn some manners I have records from my cell phone company of 11 attempts to contact your business. Clearly I'm not the only person here with an issue I dropped off items july 31st returned after a week to pick up, contacted you a week later when I was going to pick something to wear to work and noticed the damages (out of the 5 items two which you damaged one you fixed).After realizing the damages I did what anyone would do I contacted the business. Your employee made promises that you would contact me on multiple occasions and I did not hear from you until I called you myself. When we spoke, you claimed you think you dialed the incorrect number because I have voicemails from 2015 and there are none from your business or you. So you made 1 attempt to contact an unhappy customer where you were not even sure but you are claiming that your business did not damage anything with out any confirmations on this and without looking at the items yourself. Fantastic customer service. Sure, I may have used some choice words as you did yourself which you may not want to admit to. Regardless this is an honest review of your lousy business and belittling customers or potential customers under the comments is probably not going to help you increase your business or show case what great customer service you have...you claimed that you offered to correct the situation but you simply told me to move on from the past and to stop talking if that's what you call a solution that's cool. Regardless of what I have to say people will experience your terrible service on their own. So it doesn't matter if people believe me or not. It hurts you not me:) read more

I've only been here once, but I got a pair of men's slacks and a formal dress cleaned and am completely satisfied with the result. Items were packaged individually and sealed at the bottom so there was no chance of dragging on the ground when I carried them out. Service was friendly and professional. Prices are a bit high, but worth it for special pieces I wouldn't want to take risks with. read more

Unfortunately, I have to update my positive review from earlier this year. Butler Cleaners lost a $200 suit jacket of mine back in August. When it did not come home with my order, I returned to the store the next day and a female employee reassured me that they would find it. I later called and spoke to Moe who, again, reassured me they would find my jacket or take care of me. He gave me his cell phone number to text with any questions. A few months ago, I received someone else's shirt in my dry cleaning order and immediately returned it. Thinking this probably just happened again, I decided to give it some time in hopes of someone doing the right thing and bringing my jacket back. Well, it has now been 3 months since my suit jacket went missing, and 2 months since Moe stopped responding to my texts. I understand mistakes happen, and honestly, I am not too upset about the jacket itself - the fact that whoever has my jacket has decided to keep it is out of Moe's control, but I am extremely disappointed that this establishment has done nothing to rectify the situation or offer a solution, and instead has chosen to repeatedly ignore me. My husband and I will no longer be using this business for our dry cleaning needs. read more

Excellent customer service!! If you want quality at the price these people offer they are the best. I came all the way from Addison to this location and I'm glad I found it. The lady and the store owner both are very polite and great your jackets and formal coats like babies. To be honest I have never ever seen such excellent customer service... I recently went to this location to drop off two pairs of jeans to have light starched. I received a receipt and was given a date. I came to pick up my pants and was told my total was $11.97!! I stated I have never paid that much for two pairs of pants to be starched. Then was told by Moe, you have to ask for the price, we don't need to tell you that. I understand I could have asked but out of haste, it slipped my mind. Subsequently, I said, I've never paid that much for just two pants and had I known this was the price up front, I would have taken them back home and simply done it myself. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of concern or care by Moe as he seems to be brainwashed by the idea of "entitlement" given the demographic. I feel I was taken advantage because of my lack of knowledge about the area and its "wealthy" residents. I WILL NEVER come back and hopefully this review saves somebody else from falling victim also. I know people say Moe and the staff are nice and that may be true....as long as you pay their overpriced rates and never complain when there is a problem. I guess I'm different but if I pay for something you should be satisfied with it. Oh well, lesson learned. P.S. I would give this ZERO stars but that is not an option. read more
