The boneless chicken actually had a bad taste. Their BBQ pork? I regularly buy better at Safeway. Even the Lo Mein was flavorless. Coming from Los Angeles, I know my American-style Chinese food. China Inn wouldn't be in business in a major US city. I get that this is ELLENSBURG, and our options are limited. PLEASE, a suggestion, if anyone at China Inn is listening: you need to either find a new cook, or maybe send your cook to be retrained. Also consider revising your recipes.

We both ordered pho. I got the combination pho with everything and my wife ordered the beef pho. She also ordered some pork bao buns, and I ordered soup dumplings. They packaged the pho very well, with the broth, vegetables and meat, and one container and the noodles, some of the extra meat, lines, cilantro, basil, etc. In another container, the servings were huge. We had plenty for another meal the next day. The pho broth was excellent. We did have to heat it up again when we added the noodles and extras, but it was well worth it. The soup dumplings were flavorful and warm and the bao buns had a mild but rich pork filling. This was a real treat while we were on the road.
