The other location is still my favorite. The service is just that much better. The food was great and my crawfish yabby Cajun medium spice level assuaged my craving. The snow crab leg cluster so delish. The place is clean and spacious. Parking was touch as the lot is shared with Casa Bonita. But it was a good dinner.

Granted I didn't order seafood, I just was craving salad and soup this late at night. The salad was lacking with the yellow ice burg lettuce and old rotten cherry tomatoes. When I confronted the waiter about the rotten tomatoes he said, "okay" and walked away. Rude as fuck. The clam chowder was so underwhelming with the added bacon and not enough seasoning. Will definitely not come back to this place.

OH MY WORD!!! What did we stumble on... so it's a seafood restaurant and it's kind of a make your own" seafood boil on the table. ! We bought 3 pounds of shrimp, all different spices and heat (which you can pick) AND THEY GIVE YOU A BIB lol. They come dump them in the table and you make a mess! The add on items are potatoes, noodles, rice, corn on the Cobb. Etc. Yes yes and YESS!!

The seafood, fries, corn, potatoes were all great. My daughter and husband loved the oysters and the boil-in-bag shelll fish. I on the other hand do not like that food. I ordered a salad and chicken sandwich. The salad and dressing were fine but the chicken sandwich was not the best. It was a frozen chicken patty on a beautiful bun with fresh produce. The Cajun fries for me was the best part of my meal. The bun, produce and fries were the best but that is it. I think having something other than frozen chicken would be so much better. I would suspect the kids menu chicken nuggets were frozen too. I would come back with the family but probably eat before I came by.

Be ready to get messy! This is Yabby Huts second location and recently just opened. The interior has plenty of seating for social distancing and you get to write your name on the walls! We went on a Friday night and had no problem getting a table. Our dinner included 1 Dungeness crab, 2 lbs of shrimp, corn, potatoes, crab fried rice and slaw. You can pick the seasoning and level of spiciness for each item! We got medium Cajun and everything was so yummy!! You can wear a bib and gloves, the entire meal is a huge mess and I loved it. Service is great, food comes out pretty quick and it was around $30 for each of us. I will definitely be back!

Fried (overly) oysters and small (very) clam chowder.

I scoped out this place a while back and today I found myself right here. Good day to try it, I thought. I didn't go for the typical boiler in the bags today cuz my stomach just wasn't feeling it. But I did try the fried oysters, cuz I've been looking for a more reasonable place than I usually go. I also tried the clam chowder cuz the reviews were intriguing. The clam chowder came out just a little bit before the oysters and I was enjoying it as it was very chunky. It wasn't overly potatoey, but it had a good balance of potatoes, celery possibly onions? and clams. Clam chowder could always have more clams in my book! It arrived at my table hot and tasty, but I felt like there could have been more maybe? Then the oysters came. They were fried to the state of being almost like chicherones (sp?). I sent them back. The next batch we're done properly, but the oysters were very small, and I was not thrilled with the seasoning in the batter. I read another review that said that the sauce they served it with how to zip to it, I thought it was a little spicy. So I guess I'll have to keep looking for an epic place for fried oysters that don't break my bank. Sadly, this wasn't it. I may come back to try the boils, but it's really far from home and I have a place I already frequent. The ambiance was cliche and I'm never really thrilled to sit on a hard bench booth, but I understand why it needs to be that way, cuz this type of food can be messy. My server was pretty awesome, he had a smile on his face and never seemed put out by any of the proceedings of this meal.

De verdad es DELICIOSO, el arroz frito es el mejor arroz que he comido y el sabor de esos mariscos es muy rico.

I'll check this spot out again, whenever I'm in town and want a taste of home. I love that the owner is born and raised in new orleans, he brings NOLA to Colorado on a serious tip. The owner was so nice and down to earth. Mr. Henry was very welcoming; he felt like family. My friend and I started with the boudin balls, which tasted more like salmon croquettes, which would have been amazing as croquettes, but as boudin balls, we did not taste rice much at all, and no sauce was served with them. I was desiring some Crawfish ettouffe and they were completely out of that, so i settle for the pasta monica with shrimp, which looked nice, but was way too salty to enjoy. I tried to push through but if I had continue to, it would have burned my tongue. The po boys was great 10/10 the fried catfish was 10/10. fries was 20/10 perfect crisp and softness fillings. hurricane drink was a nice strong & sweetness, a ball was drop when salt was rim vs sugar, but nonetheless it was close to the best. I really want to try that sold out crawfish ettouffe next time i'm here. Thank you Josh for gifting me the blueberry cake that was very sweet!!! I love Mr Henry homemade signature dessert. (Not pictured) Rewards is offered here. military discount is honored here as well. I look forward to returning and exploring the menu; next Colorado visit.

I got the scallops with a side of 3 red potatoes with no flavorings. As if this was not already a sub par meal, the waitstaff were extremely slow and seemed to be in no rush to wait on me. $45.00 including tip ( I'm not a bad sport) For a lack luster attempt at Cajun cuisine. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Turns out... they're showing off. We ordered the exact same dishes--the Sweet & Spicy Chicken and the Shrimp & Grits--and somehow they were just as ridiculously good as we remembered. I honestly can't remember the last time I cleaned an entire plate at a restaurant without eventually saying, "I'm full." Apparently, Tupelo Honey doesn't recognize those words. The cocktails were fantastic, the food was outstanding, and then we noticed something that probably should come with a warning label: a table with self-serve champagne on tap. Thankfully, we exercised the rarest form of adult self-control and didn't sit there. The Hangover Gods nodded in approval. But then we saw the $3 mimosas... so naturally we made a couple of questionable--but delicious--life decisions. As if that wasn't enough, they also have daily drink specials. Three-dollar martinis? What we tried: Hot Boiled Louisiana Crawfish - Spicy, flavorful, and seasoned until the spirits say, "dats enuff." Served with corn, potatoes, and sausage. Hot Louisiana Boudin - If you know, you know. If you don't... Google it. You won't regret it. Jambalaya - Just like their mama made it, in a pot their grandpa used while helping build the Causeway across Lake Pontchartrain. It's giving flavor and history. Best bite: Crawfish has never been my go-to, but if all crawfish tasted like this, it might be. Spicy, full of flavor, and perfectly seasoned. And don't get me started on the corn because I'd take a whole plate of just that. The jambalaya also hit the spot (it's my NoLa fave), and for the record... I had my first and last pickle shot. Crawfish was juicy though and not too tough to peel. I ordered some boudin and the links were a little pricey at $7 for about a 6"-8" link. I believe it was smoked as it was on the drier side.
