So my friends and I were looking for yacht to rent over the weekend. As you never know what you are getting in Miami when you hire anybody for anything! There are a lot of yacht companies out of Miami that try to scam customers but definitely this is not the case with Miami Yacht Access! From the beginning to end Yessenia and Eduardo were amazing! She was ultimately extremely helpful with all the arrangements such a sweetheart. She is an absolute superstar who made herself available at any time to answer my questions and went above and beyond many times to ensure everything went smoothly with the charter. The booking was effortless and highly professional. Competitive pricing and top notch service. All in all, we had a memorable experience, one for the books! This company delivered everything they promised and much more. In addition, they can help you with any questions or concern you might need as they are trilingual; English, Spanish and Portuguese! We used a Ferretti 92 and wow it was one of the best times of our lives! Our captain, first mate, crew and chefs took care of us from the moment we got up to the moment we went to bed. We were extra spoiled to say the least! The boat was beautiful, super clean, modern decoration and very well maintained. They definitely delivered 5 Stars! Enjoying all of the sight-seeing views, ALONG THE WAY. DOCKING AT A SAND BAR PLAYING IN THE WATER FOR ABOUT AN HOUR, TO ONLY SAIL TO WHISKY JOE'S FOR DINNER AND DRINKS!!!! Wow!!!!! taking about living that life!!! IM TRULY THANKFUL THAT GOD HAS ALLOWED MY FAMILY AND I TO HAVE HAD THE CHANCE TO EXPERIENCE, SUCH A BEAUTIFUL THING...... knowing that it was family only made it so personal the captain and his partner hospitality was wonderful truly superb.
