Yago was easy to find when I craved for acai bowls one morning. I also went in there early so not too busy. Parking is tough but I lucked out, try the back! Price is okay considering how large the bowl is. Wish it could be smaller or have a smaller option which they allow to split the bowls for a charge... anywho, I tried their pitaya bowl and I liked it with the coconut milk as the wet product. It was right consistency and not over powering. There was granola at the bottom but it didn't taste like a home Made one? I wonder if it's organic. If you care, ask. I do believe most smoothie places just use one they buy in a bag bulk. If you want extra granola they will layer it. I added strawberries and bananas on top of mine which already came with black berries and blue berries. I asked for agave light syrup which they had so yay! Overall, I liked it! I did find a frozen large strawberry in my cup though. No big deal. They have fresh made cold pressed juices there to pick up and the decor was nice it's a small spot but offers outside seating and restrooms for customers. This may be my favorite spot to get acai bowls. Employees were really nice & knowledgeable about their products and recommended the popular ones, depending on what you wanted to get - acai bowls or juice. I got the roundabout and my friend got the long shore man. I loved the coconut bits in the roundabout. The fruits tasted really sweet and fresh. I loved how sweet the pineapples are!! It's hard to come across pineapples that are sweet. The process was really quick. We waited for about 5 minutes for both of our bowls. Thank you! Will be coming back for sure. read more

I'd say I wasn't too impressed with their açaí bowl since I have had better. More than that, I found some PLASTIC bag pieces in my bowl after my first bite. Although they did exchange for me and offered a refund, it didn't change the fact that there wasn't enough attention to what they put into the blender. There were about 2 customers ahead of me, and it took them more than 20 minutes to finish my order (with plastic pieces). Furthermore, the presentation of the açaí bowl was extremely messy as if they were in a rush. The service was decent since there wasn't much to do besides taking and giving out orders. First time here and I enjoyed it. Everything is very fresh and the acai bowls are huge! Great price as well. I got an açaí bowl, build your own, which included what fruit and milk/juice I wanted as my base, then picking my toppings. The total came out to $8.75, which wasn't bad at all considering the size. It was so good! I ate the entire thing! The employees are helpful and nice, I'll definitely be returning. And I love that they have the points system attached to your phone number. read more

The customer service was not great that's first thing. The container was huge. I ordered two creat a bowl which from what I read and understood was 6.50 in price. I paid 19 for 2. I'm not sure if that was a missed marking on the menu or wrong pricing when I ordered with the person who didn't do so well at his customer service. The açaí is okay. Tooo much açaí portion to topping is the downfall at this spot. I believe they could do better on portioning the toppings so at least if you mix it together there's enough to cover all the base you are given. Not a fan. read more

My boyfriend and I had just went to Yago on Sunday. Although we were first timers, he actually looked the place up and wanted to try it out. Let me just say, we were not disappointed. The shop is a bit small, but the staff and their customer service there was nothing short of amazing. One of the women who was working(so wish I got her name) was so polite and was patient with us and even explained to us her personal faves and the different types of blends. Unfortunately this started off as a 5 star review, dropped to 3 and continued down to a single star. I had an Açaí bowl and it was delicious. I forgot to get my receipt, I need it to expense my lunch. I asked if a manager could email or text me a picture since they could not email me the receipt. They informed me that they could not do that nor do they know when their manager would be in and there is no way to contact him. This frustrated me because I'd have to drive all the way back for a $9 receipt. I understandings my fault for not getting it in the first place but if they are unable to help me I'd never go back due to the inconvenience, especially since I have a team of 12 who I can buy for and experience lunch. When I entered for the second time they had music blasting that cursed and made inappropriate comments about a lady's private parts. Normally I call ahead to order so the wait isn't an issue. Today, however, I tried calling in and kept getting (after 5 rings) a "voicemail not set up" message. Tried calling 4 times, and on 5th try someone picked up and hung up on me. Maybe they're busy... So, got to the shop, ordered our bowls in person, two people behind the counter and only one couple waiting for an order. I took the bowls home, and upon opening it noticed it tastes different. You can either park in the front of the store or take the alley in the side, park in the back. The girl and the guy working in the store were super nice. Great customer service. The place is very simple. You place your order and wait for them to call you over. They have a simple menu and a little bit of everything for everyone; from smoothies to açaí bowls. They have the regular sizes but for $2 extra so you can split it in two. We split ours and it was better that way. We didn't get full and we were able to finish the whole thing. We got a good amount of toppings and it was delicious......too delicious to be true and healthy lol. The only bad thing?? Not enough chair to sit down. 2 small tables and 5 chairs in the sidewalk. The service can be good, but just now I went in at 5:58 (rushed to get here) and the guy at the counter wouldn't let me order since they close at 6 and was extremely rude/ gave me huge attitude before I could even open my mouth.
