Chris went above and beyond to explain everything to me from start to finish -- in terms I could actually understand. He was patient, thorough, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to. The communication was excellent the entire time my car was there, which gave me so much peace of mind. The technician, Matt, was incredibly thorough in diagnosing the issue but didn't do anything unnecessary just to run up a bill. They were honest and efficient, which ultimately saved me money. What truly impressed me, though, was Chris's integrity. Once they identified the problem, instead of simply fixing it and charging me, he took the time to research and discovered that Mercedes had a coverage extension that would pay for the repair if I brought it to the dealership. Diagnostic total of 330.00 with the vehicle dropped of at 10:40am, "diagnosed" and reported 1hr20 minutes later. Again with a diagnostic cost of 330.00 for that 1hr, 20min.
