He then said and I quote " I cooked the meat "a couple days ago" then said "sorry I burnt it or overcooked it". (Knowing that why would you serve that to me?) I then stated "yes it tasted old period". I requested a refund in which he agreed to. Driving all the way back I brought the food back as well. Julio (or whoever the cooks name is) tried to plead his case to me saying that the meat is fresh and took a fork and tasted the food himself and then tried to offer me the food. I told him "no I don't want to taste it, just refund me please" in which he did. Dishonesty, Not handling food with care, lying. Is something that crosses the line and I won't be back. *Also if the owner is reading this I have the phone conversation recorded and the video evidence to show proof this whole interaction, so do not just glaze over this review* I don't like writing bad reviews, but this one is for sure warranted. This plate fed five of us, still had some left overs. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that we had to cut the string off the rack of ribs, and that we had to pull the ribs apart. Probably be nice if they cut the rack just a bit. We also got a plate from the Brazilian restaurant, but we just picked at it, cause we were full from the ribs. The bacon wrapped chicken was delicious, the sausage was good the steak, was ok, the could have used a better cut of meat. The place is really cool, kid friendly with a playscape. Enclosed area, so the kids stay in the area. Also a full bar, I had a couple of beers. And the best wasn't the Brazilian lemonade.
