Tigers responded to my request for information about their service within a few hours, even though I sent the request on a Sunday. They were able to get me on the schedule very quickly and my car looks brand new. Every nook and cranny was cleaned and polished to perfection. That said, heads up: they no longer accept walk-ins for safety checks; it's strictly by appointment only now. When we arrived without one, the staff member was quite abrupt, asking if we had an appointment and then saying it's "been like that for a long time" when we explained we didn't know. However, just a year ago, we walked in without issue, so this seems like a fairly recent change. She mentioned we could pay an extra $35 to get squeezed in right away, but that felt a bit off-putting. It's totally understandable to switch to appointments for better organization, but it wasn't mentioned on their Yelp page (which, as of today, doesn't even link to their website--and that's the only way to make an appointment). Plus, their Square appointment site requires you to enter a credit card, and you'll be charged a $10 fee if you don't cancel at least 24 hours in advance. A friendlier tone would have made this all much smoother. Just a suggestion for the team to update their Yelp info and handle these situations with a bit more warmth. Bottom line: Great service once you're in, but definitely book an appointment through their website ahead of time to avoid any hassle!
