We brought our 2020 Raptor in for Ceramic Coating and could not be happier. Kelly did a great job consulting with us ahead of time to determine what we wanted and what fit our needs. When we brought the truck in Kelly and her team did a fantastic job of prepping the exterior to make it shine better than showroom new. They cleaned the interior to better than factory new and did a great job with the ceramic coating. The truck looks like the brochures now. The job they did was beyond my expectations. I hadn't seen the tundra look that good since we bought it. It had been my husbands work truck when he was a building contractor and hadn't even Been vacuumed let alone wiped down in over a year. It even had dog hair in it in the front and back. I couldn't stop telling my friends you have to see Shawn's truck. Only wish he was here to see what a beautiful job they did on it. His tundra was his pride and joy and it was beautiful. I bought a new car recently and wanted something to preserve the paint because of the harsher weather conditions on the island.i wasn't knowledgeable about ceramic coatings but Kelly (the owner). She used a gauge to measure the thickness of the paint and I decided on the Ceramic Pro Silver Package (5-yr warranty). Two layers on car, rims and trim and I also had her do the windows. WOW! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE! IT HAS TAKEN ME SOME TIME TO ACTUALLY SIT AND WRITE THIS. THE EXPERIENCE WAS SO HORRIBLE, I WANTED TO WAIT TO BE ABLE TO CALMLY EXPRESS MY FEELINGS. It bagan as positive. I phoned the company and asked for same day detail. Luckily a client had last minute delay and I was able to be fit in. I have a 4 runner and was told it would be around 225.00. My seet covers were very dirty so I asked that they not be priority as I had already purchased new ones and was waiting for arrival. When I called to let the owner know I was running late for pick up there was no answer,. So I kept calling. After about 4 tries the owner picked up yelling "WHAT?" I of course was caught off guard. I let her know and asked about price. She said 340.00 I again was caught off guard ,so politely asked what the extra charges were for. I had heard about ceramic coats so thought it might have been that. She literally scoffed at me saying my car was filfilthy and the cost was for basic detail. She became short and aggressive in her communication, so I just let her know we could address when I flt there for pick up. NOW HERE IS THE BEST PART: The owner did not realize she had not hung up from our phone conversation. She bagan to slander me to her employee saying that the f did I expect? That my car was complete trash and I was such a bitch! She said just dont charge her tax on the job. The bashing and name calling went on for about 15 minutes or more before she realized I was still on the line and she then hung up! When I went to pick up the car she was not there. The nice employee gave me my bill and noted taxes were not included. When asked how I liked the car I noted fine...but your employer has ALOT to learn about how to treat customers. The employee started to cry and apologized. When the owner called back she told me the seats alone took a considerable amount of time Yes, the seat covers I asked not to be the focus of cleaning. When confronted about the bad mouthing I overheard she stated she was taking about another coustomer...as if that is any better! I am a strong supporter of small businesses and women owned companies...this just won't be one of them. Do your self a favor and go to somewhere they value your time and money. I hate to blast small business owners but Kelly is falling off her game. Make sure the price is agreed upon in writing or recorded when taking your car to her establishment. First time I took my CRV to her she did an excellent job and car was cleaned and I was charged the correct price. Next time I take my BMW brand new X3 to her and she quoted me a price on the phone. When I picked it up however she said it was $80 more because I had bird poop and they had to use this clay stuff to get it off. Ok kind of weird that you didn't call to confirm the price change but I paid it. Fast forward to today I take the same vehicle in to get it cleaned for $225. I wanted a full detail and a good coating. She told me it would be acrylic I said ok. When I picked it up 6 HOURS LATER she said that it was difficult to clean and the price is now $340. Say what???? What happened to the $225 i was quoted on the phone? Why is my BMW so much more difficult to clean than my 5 year old 2014 crv that I NEVER had cleaned and was extremely dirty? I started to explain to her that this is the second time you quoted me a price and then when I go to pay the price is dramatically different? What gives? She said she never quoted me the price of $225 on the phone and that the wash would be $225 plus $75 for the acrylic plus tax. Weeeeelllll that still does not equal $340????!!!! We ended up in a stand off in the parking lot where I wanted to pay the $225 and I told her I would never EVER be back again. She said I don't want your money and don't pay for anything! Well sweet! By the way the outside of the car looked great except for the black rubber parts that she said needed to be cleaned with an acid wash...( another way to get me to pay more) but the inside was not CLEANED AT ALL I noticed after I drove home! They didn't even vacuum the back or scrub the mats. Maybe she is overwhelmed with life and has lost her touch. But be aware she will quote you one price then when you pick up the car you WILL PAY MORE. Not cool. It happened to me twice. read more

I had my Subaru SUV detailed by this vendo. r and I give 5 stars for the friendly service, 5 stars for the exterior work, but only 2 stars for the interior, specifically the dashboard and other hard services inside the car. The armrest on the door was grimy from my hubby's arm, and so was the emergency brake or any of the vinyl surfaces.... I pointed it out to them and they told me that it doesn't come off anymore without damaging the vinyl. When I got home, I used a magic eraser sponge and the grime came off all surfaces immediately. I then used Pledge. My previous detailer made the interior sparkle and shine, and there was no dirt left even in the smallest nooks and crannies. Neither of us work, and we use the car sparingly, so there was no reason for not being able to get the vinyl clean. No shine, and remaining grime disappointed me to the point where I will not use Ake Ake Professional Detailing again. I usually go to West Coast Detailing who does an excellent job every time (for the past 15 years) but they always run out of employees and are booked weeks in advance, which doesn't suit my schedule read more

I can not say enough good things about this business! Kelly gave me her personal attention from the start, from squeezing in an appointment for me on a very busy day, to making sure I got to and from work while I was waiting for my car to be ready. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a detail and Kelly went through all of the options for cleaning the interior (we use it to haul recycling and there were stains and a whanau of roaches had moved in, in addition to sand, mud and gravel, so it was no small task!) I never felt pressured to buy services I didn't need, and Kelly was willing to work within my budget. The car looked amazing. Not only was the service top-notch but supporting an independent, local and woman-owned business feels pretty good too.
