Soooo, sorry I took the pics after we started eating. The food here is delicious. It is the only Greek restaurant around that serves shrimp saganaki (sorry no picture). I had that in Greece and love the dish. My son had the falafel pita platter and I had the spanikopita platter. The platters came with greek salad, rice, potatoes, pita and taziki. The spanikopita was out of this world. Crisp outside and softness inside. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance is very nice[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] and our server, Enzo, was awesome. I cant wait to return. Again...sorry about the pics (and lack thereof)

I just had one of the best meals I've ever had at a Greek restaurant. They offer lunch specials as well as a full regular menu so being that it was lunchtime I ordered off the lunch menu. The platters come with lemon potatoes, spinach rice, pita bread, a small Greek salad and your choice of hummus or tzatziki sauce. I opted for the spanakopita which for those of you that don't know, is phyllo dough with layers of spinach and and feta cheese. The spanakopita was so delicious the phyllo dough was so light and flaky. The potatoes and spinach rice were so flavorful as well and the hummus and pita bread were mouthwatering. I had so much left to bring home and I can't wait to eat it! My friend ordered the Greek omelette and she really enjoyed it. For dessert I was given a complimentary piece of their chocolate cake that had layers of raspberry in it. Perfect ending to the meal. Service was great, very attentive and the restaurant was spotlessly clean, no dirty dishes were left on the tables which is one of my pet peeves. Looking forward to returning and exploring more of their menu!

Ethos is and continues to be our favorite place for greek food. we always get the kufte patties and greek salad with pita and hummus. The prices are great and the food is even better.

Ethos is always good. The watermelon salad and the sampler appetizer is my go to. You can never mess up with the options here. It's healthy and very tasty. The service is always good and [[HIGHLIGHT]]you have inside and outside seating options.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Definitely recommend this place.

The food was absolutely amazing! Their menu was a little tricky to decipher as they have different lunch time and dinner menus, and happy hour and drinks, and specials. Luckily the waiter was very patient and answered many questions so we could get something delicious. The ambiance is cute and plain, but the music was very loud and it was difficult to speak to my lunch date. There is ample free parking on the street and in a parking lot. And they are right next door to a candy shop! Really great food although I would definitely recommend looking online before you go as there are just so many options. And luckily they will customize a lot of it for your food allergies or preferences. I got a watermelon salad that had pickled onions, thinly sliced radishes, cucumbers and watermelon with lemon and gyro meat and feta cheese and tzatziki sauce. It was heaven in my mouth.

Came for an early dinner, was quickly greeted and seated. The service was attentive and food came out hot & fast. It a good bit to eat if you're in the area.

I chose this place to celebrate my birthday, and was not disappointed. I wasn't going to order an alcoholic drink, but then I tasted my friend's sangria and it was really good, so I just had to. I ordered the mini moussaka and it was really delicious. The restaurant is located in the Promenade shopping center, with other shops, bars, restaurants, and a movie theater to enjoy. There is both inside and outside seating at the restaurant and they would not take reservations. We were a party of 5 and we had to wait about 25 minutes for first available at 7pm on a Saturday night. Our server was really polite and attentive and our food came out quick. We ordered an appetizer and it came out about a minute before the entree. It would have been better if it came out earlier. This is not the first time I've been to this place and I have always enjoyed my meals. The prices are good also. Would definitely come here again.

I usually go to Ethos for a quick meal and stick with the Greek salad with chicken -- it's my favorite Greek salad and it's close to home. I met my mom for dinner today and was excited to see some new items on the menu. My mom loved her Bronzino Ethos platter. I decided to try the new tenderloin kebab. The presentation was beautiful and the flavor was decent, though it definitely needed more salt. I ordered it medium-rare, but it came out closer to blue -- very undercooked. I sent it back, and it took almost 15 minutes to return. When it did, it was still a bit under medium-rare (see photo after cooked an additional 15min +). Our server, Seraya, was very sweet and attentive -- my mom couldn't say enough nice things about her. However, there was a noticeable lack of management presence. No one checked in while I was waiting for the steak to be re-fired, and no one acknowledged the delay or the issue when it came back out. That was disappointing. I'm giving 3 stars because I usually enjoy my go-to salad, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the space is welcoming (and dog-friendly, which I love for bringing my golden retriever)[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], and our server was kind. But management should have been more present and proactive, especially when it took 15 minutes to correct a steak temperature with no acknowledgment.

Ethos is a spot I haven't been to in the longest time but we decided to give it another try after seeing how popular it is every time we visit the promenade. [[HIGHLIGHT]]First off, they have a ton of outdoor as well as indoor seating and a bar. I have never been inside before and it is so nice!! It's elegant yet not too over the top.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] For appetizers we started with the spanakopita and the hummus with pita. The spanakopita was melt in your mouth delicious. It had all the flavors you would expect and it was great for sharing. The hummus and pita was also great. We paid an extra dollar for more pita so we could enjoy it even more as they don't give you nearly enough for the amount of hummus you are served. The hummus had a tomato undertone that made it taste rich and creamy unlike something you would get at a store. For entrees we ordered three platters which were the chicken, gyro and kefke. Of the three platters each came with rice with grape leaves intertwined, as well as potatoes, Greek salad, tzakiki sauce, pita, and the protein of choice. I loved all the sides as everyone brought a unique flavor that complemented the dish. I thought my favorite protein was the gyro meat, but the kefke really surprised me to how tender it was. The chicken was also as you would expect nice and grilled. The platters are BIG, and they definitely were a great choice on the menu. I can't wait to come back actually and try it all again as it was a great dining experience from walking into enjoying all the yummy foods.

Potential for more, but needs better attention to detail. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We wanted to love Ethos because the setting is so nice, but the experience was lacking.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My wife's Greek salad was the highlight. However, my lamb was under-seasoned and came out medium when I specifically requested medium-well. Service was a bit sluggish, and the floor management felt disconnected from the actual guest experience. It's a "middle of the road" 3-star experience for me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is worth a try for the atmosphere, but the kitchen and service timing need work.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

This is the third time I visited and every time I go, I remember why I come back. First off the food is top notch so deliciously cooked and so very fresh. The service also top-notch. The servers show such professionalism. They know their stuff and they do their job so very well. Kudos to the managers who run this place on such a great staff. My server George was amazing. He went over my entire order to make sure it was correct and broke down all the options I could've had with my food. The bus boy or table cleaner, who was there was such a gentleman he was also amazing, cleaning the table and bringing me refills like he was a server. Excellent way to work together. And then this beautiful female manager came just to make sure everything was perfect for my table. I had zero complaints and I expressed my gratitude. I will absolutely be coming back and I strongly suggest you come here as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You'll be pleased with the atmosphere, the food, the service, just everything.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They get five stars every time, all day long. That's not done by accident. That's done by experience and quality staff. Good job Ethos bistro. Very impressive.

Unfortunately, someone in management apparently looked at a perfectly good menu item that customers actually enjoyed and thought, "You know what? Let's get rid of that." The potatoes were the reason I came back. Crispy, flavorful, and somehow capable of making any meal better. Now they're gone, replaced by disappointment and confusion. I asked if they would be coming back and was told to write a review. For now, it seems these potatoes have been permanently exiled for reasons known only to the menu gods. The rest of the meal was fine, but it's hard to enjoy anything when you're mourning the loss of what was clearly the star of the show. Removing your best side dish is a bold strategy. Let's see if it pays off. Until the potatoes return, I'll likely be spending my dining budget at establishments that haven't declared war on happiness.

Ours had us try a couple things so we got to settle into a couple of excellent glasses. They have 60 actual taps for their wines, so to sample is ecouraged. It was a great call on a happy hour, we could have done worse. I'd give it a couple more weeks, and we will be ready to skip the gym again for a nice cab.

First off, parking was difficult because this establishment is near other highly frequented businesses. Once inside, we were greeted by a friendly hostess who immediately sat us at a table for two. The interior is small and intimate, which also meant very loud once it got crowded. After being seated, our water cups were quickly filled, and someone inquired if we wanted drinks. After we were approached twice, still unsure of what we wanted, we were then neglected for at least ten minutes. Our appetizers arrived and still no one had come to get our entree order. The menu is fairly small, and the items are quite pricey. You know what else was small? The drinks! For $18 I want to hold a drink that fills my hand. Was it good, yeah; but it wasn't life changing. We ordered some scrumptious rosemary focaccia and lemon garlic olives to start; my husband chose the Korean Fried Chicken and I opted for the pappardelle bolognese for our main course. Both dishes were tasty, but I don't think either one was reasonably priced at $34. We opted to skip dessert after watching everyone around us receive their meals before us; and only at this time did our waiter seem to become more attentive. Overall, food is great, but overpriced; service was fair - but for over $100 for two entrees, appetizer and one drink, we won't be back.
