The bento box portions have so much food for only less than $11! They also have a sushi combo which includes 3 rolls for $14. My favorite thing to get is their katsu bento combo sub the rice for noodles as well as their spicy tuna roll. Their teriyaki chicken is also good if you're looking to get your chinese take out food cravings done. I have ordered take out from Yamasaki Teriyaki at least 4x now. It is a solid spot for some relatively affordable sushi rolls. So far I have only been ordering 3 roll combination ($15) and has tried the: spicy tuna roll, spicy salmon roll, spicy kani roll, eel avocado roll, salmon avocado toll, yellow tail roll, and shrimp tempura. My favorite has been spicy tuna roll, spicy salmon roll, and the shrimp tempura(adds a nice crunchy texture). I have also tried the teriyaki chicken and it wasn't bad. It was pretty solid and had a large portion that could possibly feed up to 2 people. I have not had an opportunity to sit down at this place, but it is very casual joint for quick food. The teriyaki sauce was too sweet, too thickened with cornstarch, the various meats overcooked, tough and dried out. Shrimp Tempura should be in the lightest, flaky, thin crust possible: theirs came entombed in a thick batter and thus the shrimp was both rubbery and soggy. The California Roll: flavorless and the wasabi a strange neon green. But the fried wings were perfect: large, juicy, tasty and crisp. Good only for cheap calories. read more

We ordered the Chicken Bento (with comes with chicken teriyaki over a bed of rice, a side salad with citrus Asian dressing, 3 pieces of gyoza, and 3 California roll sushis) and the Chicken Teriyaki Plus (with comes with chicken teriyaki, a choice of lo mein/fried rice/regular rice) a side salad with citrus Asian dressing, and your choice of hot & sour soup or miso. First of all, the portions are MASSIVE. For under eight dollars, you can get dish that could probably last you 2 meals. Second, the chicken teriyaki is of high quality, and the meat is tender and flavorful. The chicken strips are quite meaty, and they are all well seasoned with teriyaki sauce. The rice under the chicken teriyaki is incredibly soft and pillowy, kind of gummy, which is my favorite kind of rice! We ordered the chicken bento with vegetable lo mein, which was so savory and substantial. The gyoza in the chicken bento box could have been a little more flavorful, but the outside wonton skin was crispy! California roll was standard, and a nice touch. Finally, I have to mention that the dressing on the side salad is one of my new favorites - so tangy and creamy.
