I have never been able to commit to a nail technician until her and now, I can proudly admit that doing my nails is part of monthly spending plan I've been seeing her since 2022 and she's done my nails for events and every season between -- she's done my wedding nails, bachelorette nails, baby shower nails -- name an event, she's done it for me. I've gone through square nails, oval nails, coffin nails, almond nails with her. She never pushes anything on you and always has the integrity of your nails in mind. She is meticulous and artistic, and her shop is clean, cozy, and easy to find. I'm so proud of what she's accomplished! I started off with chewed off, uneven, thin nails but now I'm thriving. I am SO happy with Ivanka that I followed her as she opened up her own shop. The only reason my nails have broken is because I waited too long to see Ivanka and they needed to be restructured, but my nails LAST forever. I can push to go about six weeks between sets but don't be like me She's probably done more than a dozen sets for me and I wish i had taken pictures of all of them but she really can do almost everything-- from florals to abstract to geometric designs. Her technique for a Russian manicure made my nails super clean and my cuticles have never been treated better. Her tools were incredibly clean and she used a clean nail file for my hands and have it to me after our appointment was done. She gave me a custom nail color I really like by mixing several colors together and it couldn't have been better. I did hard gel on my nails with a Russian manicure and it was only $70 for everything which in my opinion is a very reasonable price. My nails were very weak from over drilling at other nail salons but they are starting to grow healthy thanks to the techniques Kesnia used. Will definitely come back to Kesnia!

Martin does my nails, and he's always kind, professional, and somehow manages to bring my random little nail ideas to life. One thing I really appreciate is how open he is to feedback. You never know how a nail tech will take it when you want to tweak something, but Martin always listens and makes adjustments without making it uncomfortable. That's huge for me because it makes the whole experience feel easy and respectful. The whole team is attentive too. They've offered me water every visit, and sometimes even snacks while I'm there. It's those small touches that make the place feel welcoming. The spa chairs are a hit btw, and I also love the mini hand/foot massage at the end. It's such a nice extra. Yen does my pedicures, and she's wonderful too. She's thorough, gentle, and consistently does a great job. I had my natural nails painted with gel and my nail shape is uneven on several nails. like she didn't file them or cut them to be even... I had to ask several times for things to be fixed that I've never had to ask at a nail salon (can you cut this cuticle?) Girl doing my pedicure looked 18, and basically painted my whole toe then went back and removed polish from around the nail? Which is completely obvious on my nails. Had her hair down and had strings of hair getting in polish while she's painting , and on my feet. Also the woman stood over me at checkout time and pointed to the tip, then stared what I was putting in for the tip. Extremely uncomfortable experience. Won't be back . First and last time .The nail tech was very…read morenice, but my Gel X nails started falling off the second day, and the pinky nail came off less than a week later. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and durability. I came in at 5:20 PM and didn't leave until 7:15 PM, The older lady who did my pedicure also seemed rushed, cut me during the service, and overall it wasn't relaxing at all. I paid $150 total for both services, so I really expected better work and more attention to detail. I think the salon should make sure technicians are properly trained and that the quality matches the prices being charged. No one has time to go back to fix things
