He had the project done the next day, so I was without my wedding rings for a very minimal time. Because of the type of stone that I have in my ring, it has to be soldered together with a laser, and I also have a very unique, vintage setting with a custom shaped wedding band that would be extremely obvious if it was misaligned even a tiny bit. The rings are put together so well, it is absolutely seamless! Both rings are aligned perfectly, you cannot even tell that they are soldered together, except the fact that they are very firmly and securely one piece. We've been back several times since then. They have become the jewelry store we love and trust, and it is because of the people working in the store. Everyone is kind and caring. They truly want to make their customers happy, and will go out of their way in order to do so. A few weeks ago, my husband took my engagement/wedding ring into Dunkin's Diamonds for an upgrade, and larger center diamond for our anniversary. It was going to take experience, creativity, and skill to be able to do this in my existing setting, which I've had many years. Their Custom Jeweler, and GIA Gemologist, Thomas Jenkins, knew how it could be done. He oversaw the whole process for us, and made our vision come to life. Along with the help of Howard and Josh, I now have a gorgeous ring! I'm so happy, and we were given a very fair deal. My husband is a third generation jeweler, whose family had jewelry stores, so you can trust us to tell you Dunkin's Diamonds is a store with honesty and integrity. Either the owner cannot manage his employees or 2. he and his employees don't care enough about their customers until after they go to social media. Unfortunately, both watches had the batteries last for only a year. After reading the reviews for Quality Time, we decided to give them a try. The shop is easy to find, it's in a good location off Tamiami Trail. The shop has an old time look with antique clocks on display. One clock even reminded me of a mantel clock that my grandparents had. If you don't like antiques, no worries, Noime was fast and efficient. He got to work right away and the four watches I bought in, were done after only a few minutes. The price of each watch was a little over ten dollars, much better than the overpriced mall! He said the batteries would last around a year and he didn't make overinflated claims about the battery life. Honesty in a business is always appreciated and I have no doubt he did a good job. This is a small business that I'm happy to recommend, a good price with quality work can be hard to find. Going forward, Quality Time will be our new watch repair store.

Each appraiser seems to have his/her own little station along a hallway after you get buzzed through by the receptionist or whatever. Dave Atlas appraised a loose sapphire for us here at AGA. He was awesome. Very thorough (spent about 45 minutes with us and our little stone). Explained everything he was doing. Gave us a full report (two copies, one for us, one for future insurance purpose). It's possible that I just have warm fuzzy feelings about the sapphire, but I really do think Dave did an awesome job. If you need an appraisal, I highly recommend.
