I needed to get my engagement ring and my wedding band soldered together, and I did not want to take them to some big box place that was going to ship them off to God knows where for a month, so I was looking for a local jeweler to do it. He had the project done the next day, so I was without my wedding rings for a very minimal time. Because of the type of stone that I have in my ring, it has to be soldered together with a laser, and I also have a very unique, vintage setting with a custom shaped wedding band that would be extremely obvious if it was misaligned even a tiny bit. The rings are put together so well, it is absolutely seamless! Both rings are aligned perfectly, you cannot even tell that they are soldered together, except the fact that they are very firmly and securely one piece. I would NEVER give them my business and I would hope you would not either. The below response from Stuart D. the business owner, was received only AFTER I went to social media and the BBB to post a review. Also, everyone should know that my attempt top contact the business was not anywhere close to "black Friday" as the owner states. One of two possibilities as I see it. 1. Either the owner cannot manage his employees or 2. he and his employees don't care enough about their customers until after they go to social media. In any event, I'd shop and spend my money elsewhere.
