They used a hydropressure machine, which sounded promising, but in reality it mostly felt like water being pushed into my skin and then suctioned back out. It didn't feel as effective as I had hoped. After the facial, my skin actually felt a bit greasy rather than refreshed or deeply cleansed, which was a letdown. For the price and experience, I'm not sure I would return. It may work for others, but personally, I expected better results.

With that, you can easily hear the customers in the other rooms but they have headphones that you can use with very relaxing music to tune out the extra noise. My masseuse did a very good job. She was sure to check on me occasionally throughout the massage. While her pressure was sometimes a bit too much in the shoulder blade areas, I'm always reluctant to ask them to scale back because then I feel like they go TOO soft lol.
