In addition the owner suggest having an energy audit done which would then offer a significant rebate for installing the insulation. He even set up the appointment on my behalf for the energy audit. They provide the right insulation for your needs and are fully cognizant of all safety regulations and precautions required for the homeowners (and pets) as well as for their workers. They installed spray foam insulation in my home's crawlspace which included required sprayed fireproofing. At my request they gladly set up a special air flow system to withdraw air from the crawlspace area to outside because there are no windows or air vents in the crawl space to remove any lingering odors from the fireproofing/insulation. That system worked perfectly and quickly dispelled all odors. It had unexpectedly snowed in the early hours of that day, and I was amazed that the workers actually and happily shoveled my driveway to get the company truck closer to the house! They would not even step on my floors without first putting down drop cloths and then they carefully suited up with protective coverings and got right to work which took several hours. I have to say I was shocked my time would be wasted when he was explained in great detail what needed to be done in advance - I have worked for a General Contracting Construction Company for 34 years and have extensive experience with contractors, I have never been dismissed that way .
