When you here about a small town in northeast Ohio called Vienna, I gaurantee the resturant Yankee Kitchen will be brought up in conversation. Been around forever and a day and continues to thrive. The toilet seat had dried urine on it that appeared to have been there for days. I don't know how the men's room was, because after I told my husband about the condition of the women's, he didn't use it. We also had to wait to pay our bill, and the place was not crowded at all. No one was paying attention to the register. This place would be a LOT better if the wait staff had more training and the cleaning staff did their job.
