Absolutely love Yankee Lanes in Keene, Def 100% better then the crap factory/garbage dump that Mayers Maple lanes is. Staff is great! Lanes are Fantastic and clean! And they don't have a dog walking around shitting everywhere, and there isn't old pizza boxes scattered around the floor inside and outside that have been there since the dawn of time.. 100% GO TO YANKEE LANES they deserve your money! read more

We are going to stop coming on sundays. The girl that works during the day basically checks you in and assigns you a lane. We were here Jan 3 2021 at 3:00pm. At no time did she sanitize the tables or balls. We were here for 3 hrs and in that time there was a family before us 3 lanes to our right. They left and the girl assigned that lane again. Then those people left and she gave that same lane to another group. Never once cleaned the table or lanes. Also she never enforced the mask policy to a couple of people even though it was obvious they knew they should. She told us they didn't need the mask while they are in the lane even though the manager told us the week before we had to. She was either to lazy to approach them or intimidated. Side note, when she works you only can get pizza and beer. Tried calling before we got there to see who was working but got a recording. read more

I really enjoyed bowling here. The staff has been nice both times I went with my grandson. The restrooms were clean ( I can vouch for ladies but take my grandson word for men's ) I will definitely be returning. read more

Friday and Saturday they have retro bowling with a live DJ. We walked in place was packed solid all the lanes filled. While we waited for our lane to open up we got our shoes on and got a pitcher of beer in the nice quant sports tavern that has good bowling food attire. The taplist was average bud light, bud select, harpoon IPA and a couple others that most likely rotate. We got a pitcher of Bud Light to accompany everyone. Once we got our lane we started to bowl with awesome hits of the 80s, 90s and today. Very clean facility with wonderful staff we definitely will give it another try in the near future! read more

Sign on door states closes at midnight came in at 1115 to bowl a game and was told that it was to late to bowl

Came for NH woman's travel league, which was planned back in September. we were rushed out due to open bowlers and it was oppressively hot, the entire time, to the point of dizziness. read more

A little nicer than most bowling locations. The shoes feel pretty stretched out and worn. There is a decent selection of balls that are color coordinated for ease of selection. The staff is pretty friendly sometimes too friendly. Vending machines are a little over priced and games are arcade games are pretty lame. read more

My friend and I were here on a Monday night from 7pm to 9:30pm. We were completely respectful to employees and other customers. At the very end on our last game a ball got stuck in the gutter and I decided to bowl my second ball, the second ball went into the gutter to and hit the ball that was already there launching both out of the gutter. There was no damage to the lane or the balls, one of the managers saw this and decided it was the proper reaction to scream at and cuss out two teenagers that were instantly apologetic. He screamed at us "I don't accept your apology, get your shit and get out!" We were instantly apologetic and good customers the whole time but this experience ruined our night. What makes this situation feel worse to me is that while yelling at us he called us the most disrespectful generation. read more

Pretty nice bowling place! Yankee Lanes is always clean, never too crowded, and a lot of fun. They do a lot of special nights, like college night and karaoke night. Prices are pretty good, the bowling shoes don't stink, and there's even a bar. read more

I love bowling!!!! So much fun! These lanes are cheap (although I tend to find that everything is cheap in Keene compared to LA where I live now). They serve alcohol so it's awesome to get a couple pitchers with friends and bowl. It's clean, and the staff seems consistently friendly. Don't even bother. My fiancé and I tried to bowl here on a Tuesday evening at 6pm. We were informed that none of the 20 lanes were available due to their bowling league. You would think maybe they would keep two lanes open to the public during their listed open times but managment seems more interested in league play than catering to your date night. I was offered to sit at their bar for TWO hours till the league left. Won't be trying again. read more

Bowling lanes are in great shape. People are very nice and accommodating, the food is what really makes the whole picture. Great food at great prices. A hidden gem in Keene, nh. Try the concha sliders, they are fantastic, accompanied by great french fries all for $7.99. read more

We had a blast here for my son's 11th birthday party, staff was extremely friendly and checked in on us often to ask if we needed anything, $100 for 8 kids to bowl for two hours, 2 pizzas, plenty of soda and water, use of tables was an excellent deal. We also purchased the goodie bags for party guests, for just $2 each I wasn't expecting too much, was surprised at how large and full of stuff they actually were. Had never been here before, plan on going again soon. To be fair I didn't bowl and do not often so cannot really comment on quality of lanes, balls, shoes, etc. but for general atmosphere it was a great time. read more

Yankee Lanes cancelled my birthday party 20 minutes before it was supposed to start. They over booked. We arrived to redirect party goers to pool at Mc Cues. When we arrived they had cancelled another party to make room for us. They forgot to call and tell us. Don't book a party here. You'll be scrambling for a back up. read more

Don't go to the Keene Yankee Lanes if you want to actually be able to have fun and play the games... or order soda. The Owner/general manager denied my friend the "eligibility" to win any more of the games after 3 and was really rude about it. He didn't tell anyone that after 3 wins you can't participate anymore... no he just blatantly said no each time. And when I went up and said that we didn't realize that was a rule, he said "we make it up as we go" with a smug smile on his face like it was all a cruel joke. I asked if he could maybe post rules up for next time so we don't have to feel disappointed or purposely left out and he replies with "no we make it up as we go. its more fun that way." He didn't take me seriously at all and was a complete jerk. Prior to this we had waited at the snack bar for over 5 minutes waiting to buy a pitcher of soda. No one helped us, even after they saw us standing there. We went up 3 different times looking for some service, but none. He lost all of the business he may have gotten from me or half of my friends in the future... It may not seem like a big deal but the guy was a real jerk. It was a group of us, including my little brother and all we wanted to do was have fun. How hard would it have been to just tell us that they were only letting people win 3 times once they made that decision? They almost didn't let any of our group play anymore... there was 6 of us. For those of you with bad reviews of this place should maybe check it out again. It is now owned by a man who used to own a local bar / resteraunt its no longer a CORPRIAT owned alley. They have installed full synthetic lanes have management that's awesome and employees are as well. They now also have a fully stocked pro shop with anything you need with the manager that can drill and do anything your ball needs and get it right the first time ! They do a lot of different level leagues and do everything possible to help the kids in their youth league to help our future bowlers. read more
