Visited on their first Saturday open and they were extremely busy so we understand they are working the kinks out. My order was completely messed as my beer was forgotten (showed up halfway thru dinner), as well as my appetizer and my fish taco was not edible. Waiter laughed his mistakes but still my dinner was a total loss. Manager made good by comping my meal. Others in my party very happy with their burger choices. Few take aways from the dinner though that will linger after the opening. Wonderful place for extensive offering of beer but you can't charge $5.50 for a Bud Light. Really? Second, I would not recommend the fish tacos. Two tiny flour tortillas with one small piece of fish in each taco, There was more sauce in it than fish. It was like a small plate or children's dinner. Not acceptable for an adult. There was an upcharge for the dinner which inlcluded rice and pinto beans. The beans amounted to about two tablespoons of beans with cheese which was tasty but looked like it had been sitting awhile.They need to rethink that dish. In addition, my taco was fishy and could not eat it. I may return at some point in the future but will stick to burgers. read more

Food has progressively gotten worse each time I visit. Tastes exactly like it has been taken out of the freezer and thrown into the microwave. Service has also been TERRIBLE the past few times I have visited too, which is extremely disappointing. I'm talking about waiting 20 minutes for a beer (after ordering) and a server who is never to be seen. The menu is extremely overpriced for these reasons. I used to love this place but I have had a negative experience each time recently. I do not plan on returning, and do not recommend coming here. If you want to overpay for crappy food and slow service, try somewhere else because this place has nothing to offer. read more

We have a Yard House in Cincinnati but I had never been to the one in Naples. We were looking for a place to watch the Bengals for the playoff games in Naples and decided to try the Yard House and I am so glad we did. We had a large crowd show up for the game and the staff was very attentive, pleasant and the food was delicious. Bengals managed to win and we chose the Yard House for the 2nd game and, again, they exceeded our expectations. Bengals are now in the Super Bowl and Patrick, the manager, has been more than accommodating, and he is adamant about keeping the "mojo" going for us Bengals' fans. It's refreshing to have a restaurant/manager go above and beyond for their customers. You don't get that very often anymore. The food = ok for being an Olive Garden affiliate. Service = explain the check split 5 times during your 2.5 hour visit because server Cass "doesn't get it".....oh and "house wine" means she'll give you the most expensive wine on the menu at $18.75 a glass because it's $3.00 off during happy hour (ROTFL, we visited on Sunday at 4:30----no happy hour even close). Be careful on how they try to upsell you, and definitely not good for parties more than 4 people. Maybe more experience will make them successful.... read more

Love!!! This place. Great atmosphere, music, and spirits. The apps are so yummy that we always order our favourites and beer and just mingle for a while. Then order the entrees. The buffalo cauliflower with tahini sauce is amazing! Nachos are great. The pretzel... yum! Egg rolls and Brussel sprouts are so tasty. One of our favs is the fried chicken. We waited a while to be seated. There was a lot of confusion at the hostess stand. The menu has a lot of interesting items. Drinks took a while and only 3 of 4 arrived. But someone was quick to fix that for us. Food was a bit pricey for what you received. The ranch side salad was very good with lots of veggies. I liked it! The food took quite a while to arrive. We gave them high marks for their side salads. Not sure I'd go back. They appear to be working hard to train new staff and there were a lot of people working but they are still disorganized. read more

First I'll start by saying I've been to a Yard House one time and that was in Palm Beach Gardens and I thought it was great, but expensive and worthy of 5 stars. Today I tried the new one in Naples's and again expensive, but 3-3.5 stars. Why? The place is new and super clean so I can't say anything bad about that but I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and the chicken was smaller than the chicken you get at any fast food joint. Seriously. The chicken itself is smaller than the bun. The flavor was good but when it comes to cash out and you're paying these prices you expect to get why you're paying for. I've been to a lot of nice to high end restaurants and the chicken always is larger than the bun. I felt as though I didn't get my monies worth so it's 3 stars for now. I'll try it at least once more and hopefully I'll love it the next time. read more

Way overpriced for average food. Things we ordered we a lot smaller than expected or different than described on the menu. Not worth it.

This restaurant is a nice addition to the Naples area. That's not to say that everything was 100% perfect, but it fits in with other local restaurants well. Although the building is two stories tall, the entire second floor is dedicated to the kegs for the alcohol the Yard House is famous for. We went with a group of 10, but because there was no space immediately available inside, they placed us outside. We all sampled each other's food so we could collectively form opinions on our meals. We all agreed that the Fried Calamari was way too dry. The Cherry Limeade, Sunset Sangria, and Classic Mojito were all excellent! The Chicken Nachos were HUGE, so there was plenty to share, but again, nothing phenomenal. The chips were still a little oily and since there was such a large surface area to cover with toppings, most of it was a conglomerated mess of cheese, shredded Chicken, tomatoes and beans. I'll skip it next time. The Fried Brussel Sprouts were impressively tasty (especially since I don't like Brussel Sprouts). And the Chicken Enchilada Stack was pretty good. I'd get it again. Personally, I felt that the red chili sauce was my least favorite part of both the Nachos and the Enchilada stack, but altogether it was a nice meal. The bathrooms were clean, the staff was friendly and the upscale-sports-bar ambiance inside was nice. It definitely attracts a young crowd. read more

Because it's brand new, there was a wait for a table, but that's ok - we went to the bar and had a drink while we waited. First, an incredible beer menu! Menu is only two pages, but has an incredible variety. Seafood, steaks, pizza, and even Gardein menu items. Service was good, music was loud 80's music (with videos playing on some of the tv's). Tons of tv's with sports playing. I'd go back again, just to try something new. read more

Amazing gem that we found during our visit in Naples, we must of visited on a daily basis. Our daughter has a severe egg allergy and we struggled for places she could eat at, until we came across The Yard house. We can't thank all the wonderful staff, Arron was brilliant and the manageress was fantastic! Really did help us to have a great week knowing they could accommodate to our needs. Great new modern building and airy, hip interior with some outstanding staff (ie Amanda) BUT food quality needs to come up to Y House standards. Our little tacos for the price should have been better than average, ingredients (mango) were skimpy, chicken was dry and shrimp undercooked. Nice looking but unfulfilling. Next and most obvious, if you are going to serve the tacos with tiny portions of rice and beans, please try to make these (especially the beans) tasty enough to enhance the dish instead of underscoring its mediocrity. All in all a great place to go have a beer (one of 128 available !), food seems OK but I hope it will get better 'cause I loved YH in CA. read more

Great new spot on 41. Table for 4 on a Friday night. Despite having to wait 35 minutes, we were quickly able to get drinks at a bar that was completely full. Nice job by the bartender. We sat down, service was excellent. We had the large pretzel app, which was incredible. My hot chicken sandwich with fries was terrific as well. read more

My coworkers and I came in on opening day to have lunch and out servers name was Jerette. He provided great service ( obv they are still in training ) we order 2 appetizers that were delicious ( queso w/bacon chorizo and spinach dip ) we all enjoyed the lunch specials and I LOVED the creme brûlée cheesecake. Coved was flaring up in our area so we asked to be seated outdoors . We are both vaccinated but my wife is still hi risk do to medical issues. They told us the outdoor section is closed. We agreed to sit inside but they tried to seat us in a very crowded section of the bar even though the restaurant was half empty. When we asked to be seated away from the bar, we were told no.
