Raves for the T-Michael dining and service experience. This is a review of four bar-area dining visits, including Christmas Day dining. The bar area is an active older vibe (I say this with admiration, as people are out and socially engaging). The service team are all professional and pleasant, and on their game (Ivana, Juan, and Kevin, were memorable). Items sampled on my visits: Meatloaf, Clam Chowder, Caesar, Filet Mignon, which were worthy of praise, along w the cocktails that preceded. I arrived full, and came in simply for a Happy hour bite and a cocktail. At Kevin's suggestion I ordered the steak and rice bowl for $22.00. SO amazing that I only took home 1/8 of it. Wait staff was good, food was ok not the best I have had in the area. Dining room was a bit cramped and loud.

My birthday celebration was completely ruined by being seated at the entrance to the dining room where other guests continually bumped into my wife's chair as they came and went to their tables. In addition, the managers stood behind our table and talked loudly with patrons that they appeared to know. Our reservation was for 5:45 PM and we didn't get seated until about 6:15 PM. I noted on my reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and requested a window table. I'm not sure I will ever go to this establishment again and after the way we were treated, I would not recommend it. read more

Last night, I dined here and I just wasn't impressed. I ordered a glass of house cab to start. I'm not too picky about cab, especially in a nicer steakhouse but this one just wasn't good. For food, I had a mixed greens salad, a petite filet, steakhouse fries and the peppercorn sauce. The salad's lettuce was yellow and didn't seem fresh. The steak was a bit tough and the flavor was just ok. The fries were basic, nothing special. The peppercorn sauce was inedible. I also felt like I was being rushed by the end of my meal. I understand that I arrived about one hour before closing time. However, I worked in a high end steakhouse years ago and you don't rush guests just because you're ready to go home. There were also other guests there still. All in all, I paid $150 for my meal with tip and the experience was mediocre and disappointing. I will not be back. read more

Beautiful location, but ambiance and meal not up to hype Maybe it's how they do their waygu steak and it comes like a hamburger slice. Maybe it's because Hurricane Ian was just a couple months ago, so the ceiling is falling apart in places. It was definitely because we expected a type of service and quality food and didn't really get it. The shrimp risotto was overly salty - likely because it was doused in cheese. We notified our server only to see it still appear on our tab at the end. I will say the seafood trio I ordered was good and the waygu steak still had its delicacy notes. Be careful where you sit when ordering a dinner special!! While the food was very good, we had an embarrassing experience with the waiter. Clearly the advertised special, pictured below, indicates that it's offered in both the dining room and lounge. Many of their specials are 'lounge only' but this one is not. We were seated in the dining room and tried to order the half-rack of ribs for $18. Our waiter told us that we had to order the full rack in the dining room or move to the lounge. Even after showing him the email we received about the special, he wouldn't budge. Well the lounge was full, so he literally moved us to the other side of the dining room, maybe 15 feet from our original table. Somehow at this table it was fine to order the half-rack. Not a great way to treat guests. An embarrassing experience especially with taking my parents there for the first time. read more

Started out with Pan Seared Scallops (3) as appetizer. Scallops nicely sized, very tasty. For main entree had the T Michael's Signature 7oz Tail and Filet w/ Bernaise sauce. T. Michaels, my all-time favorite go-to restaurant. I have had dinner for four and a dinner for twenty there. Every one so professionally handled. The service is impeccable, and the food prepared perfectly. They are the only restaurant in the area that's serves Beef Wellington that you can eat with a butter knife. We were here a couple weeks ago after my son-in-law's mom's funeral and there were like 16 or 17 of us had a great table right in front of the windows. We saw dolphins out the window and we had appetizers and an awesome meal and great drinks everything was so delicious. I had the Seafood Broil dinner and the shrimp and Scallops were huge and sooooo good! The service was really really good too. Loved it all and will definitely be back. Such a shame!!! Food is okay...JUST OK! Definitely not 'fine dining'. With all the restaurants in Naples I wouldn't consider this establishment fine dining. We made a reservation (not knowing they started Lobster Fest) and asked that we get seated by a window and mentioned we would wait for availability. Instead they sat us in what seemed like a 'spare' table set up near the kitchen and the waiter stations. Do you know how noisy and awful that is. To top it off, the air was not working properly, so there was a massive industrial fan behind my chair that I actually had to ask them to shut off. Really? How are you at a top restaurant and that's what you seat customers next to? Oh, by the way, we were speaking to a couple that didn't have a reservation and were seated ten minutes after us...at a quiet window seat!!! Why? Then the service was absolutely horrible. Nobody even looked at us when seated. We had to ask for a server (twice)...no one even had to courtesy to bring us a water. Our waiter barely paid attention to us. We had to ask him 20 questions about the menu and he never even mentioned that it was Lobster Fest or any other specials, we had to ask. Underwhelmed! I took my wife there last night for a special occasion and expected to dazzle her with fine wine and food. Our food came and the calamari appetizer looked like they came out of a frozen container laying scattered on the plate with no presentation. When the main course came, my wife's plate with lobster came, there was no special presentation but she enjoyed a perfectly cooked lobster. My plate with a steak had no presentation at all. Searing on the steak looked perfect but when I glance at the bottom it was burnt or over seared. After I cut into it there was no pink what so ever. I had ordered medium, not well done! I tried to eat it but was just to dry so only finished about half. This was not my first time at this restaurant so I was very surprised and that was probably my last time there. read more

My husband and I and a good friend from England thought we'd take advantage of the early bird special menu which consists of a salad , entree and dessert. My friend ordered a salmon dinner, my husband upgraded his steak to the Delmonico I went with the 12 oz shell steak special and it was so very disappoin . The first steak came out overcooked and although the waiter was very nice and ordered another with the proper cooking temp. The second one was medium however so tough i couldn't even enjoy it. I had one bite of the entire dinner and asked to have it wrapped to go I didn't want to make a scene abt the quality of the meat bc at this point the place was bursting with dinners. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the quality of my steak, I realize it was a special price of $60 however that doesn't qualify for lesser quality of meat. my husbands' Delmonico with a $10 up charge was amazing. I should have ordered the same. on the way out we were asked "how was dinner" could I at that point bitch that my Dinner was unsatisfactory? Again no need for a scene. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE! We had Christmas 2025 dinner at TM's. Unfortunately, we did not have the best experience. Maybe it was because it was Christmas night and it was busy. The facility was decorated nicely and all of the staff were very pleasant. Overall the experience (food & service) did not align with the prices and the vibe of a higher end dining establishment. Though it was dark outside, we had a nice window seat in the corner. Our waitress seemed very disorganized. We asked for a drink menu and she stated she would get that for us. She came back a bit later and asked if we wanted drinks. We mentioned that she had not brought us the drink menu. She mentioned the bread was in the oven but we never received any bread. We asked an Italian waiter for bread and he brought some out. The bread was very good and fresh. We ordered lobster bisque as an appetizer. It was absolutely tasteless and had virtually no lobster in it (Price $18). For the love that is all lobster bisque, please have the soup cook go to Capital Grill and get the lobster bisque (approx. $18 for a cup and $20 for a bowl) with huge chunks of lobster meat in it and taste the difference. It was all I could do to add salt and pepper to it to make it bearable. Our filets were ordered medium rare and came out medium. Medium rare means "warm red center"! Also, we have never seen a 6 oz. filet that small. Very disappointing. The lobster tail that came with the wife's filet was very dry and over cooked. The mashed potatoes with Boursin Cheese was very good. The drinks were very tasty and not shy of alcohol. We are not sure if this is a thing or not, but two servers placed items on our bread plate. One server came with extra butter and placed it on the wife's bread plate. Another food server placed the family style mashed potatoes on her bread plate as well. We thought that was gross as she was eating bread off the bread plate. Lord knows where those plates have been set down in the kitchen. We understand it may have been busy, but a restaurant of this purported caliber should have better trained staff with better quality food. read more

The owner is up front greeting people which I think is very refreshing . He's very friendly and wants everyone to have a perfect meal. That is very rare these days.
