I had a wonderful experience with my husband at this particular location. The appetizer chicken tenders were tender and crunchy; real chicken tenderloins! The hot chicken dinner with a kick of spicy sauce was scrumptious. The grilled salmon dinner was cooked just right and mouth watering. The desserts were spectacular. Especially, the bread pudding! The service was excellent. Amanda was super friendly and attentive. Her recommendations were on point. We'll come again when we're in town! me and my mom where vacationing from boston and noticed that there was a yard house which is in our town. We thought why not it's always great where we are from and we love to have it. We went during happy hour and it was so great. The food was so good and cooked to perfection.But the best part was our wonderful and personality filled server Tiffany!! I give this restaurant 4 stars because #1 our waiter was very good. We had exellent service. #2 our food was good. I had the vodka shrimp pasta. Someone else commented that it was bland. I would say that it is kind of mild but salt, pepper, peppers can be added. Shrimp was cooked perfectly. I personally loved it. There were 5 people at our table. We arrived at 5:30 p.m. & the place was full but the wait was about 5 min. Drinks were good. Everything arrived in a timely manor. Other food at our table was the California roll, wings & 2 dIfferent salads. All good. Prices were reasonable. Now, my only negative thing is the music. It is so loud. I do not know why restaurants do this. People cannot have a normal conversation. We had 2 people with permanent hearing problems at our table. One was a veteran with loss from his time in the service. One is just an older man. I am getting over an ear infection and the music did not help us at all. Please turn it down!! read more

Cool atmosphere, I would not argue with 4 stars but 3 stars seems more correct. Happy hour seems to be the best purchase but I never seem to be here at the correct time. Burgers and sandwiches start at $13 and up. The taste was nothing special for a slightly higher than average price. Service was spotty and slow. Yard House manages to be very consistent. The food is always good and the service is always trash. I stood at the practically empty bar last night, trying to order a drink and was absolutely ignored for 10 minutes. One bartender was consumed with chatting to a regular and the other was too busy cleaning in an attempt to go home. Both had seen me and continued what they were doing. The manager came behind the bar and, instead of asking me if I needed anything, chose to talk to the regular at the bar and paid no attention, just like his staff. These people don't deserve the business in this competitive market and I will never return. read more

We've been anxiously waiting for the Yard House to open. It was very busy for an early Saturday afternoon but that's to be expected. Wait was about 30 minutes, so we went to the bar and grabbed a beer. A few seats opened up, so we ate at the bar instead of waiting for a table. Service was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Several staff from out of town were here to ensure a smooth opening. Way too many beers to try so I'll have to come back many more times to try them all. We went with the tacos and they were tasty. My boyfriend and I went to the Yard house for the first time. It was a great atmosphere. The waitress was very friendly and gave us a a lot of good recommendations from the menu. We aren't big beer drinks but my boyfriend tested a couple of them out. Once he knew which one he wanted to order it did take a long time to get that to our table. But the waitress ended up taking it off our tab and said she was sorry for how long it too is to receive it. They had some glitches with their tablets at the end to pay but the waitress was on it and just checked us out normally. Our server was polite and attentive. Our kids (2 & 3) loved the mac n cheese. It was my 2 year old birthday. They delivered with a candle and mini cheesecake. It was great but tasted more like a creme brulee. My husband got a BBQ chicken pizza. It was really good. I got a pork burger. It was a little dry but really flavorful. Eh it's ok. We got carry out late night because not too much was open. They forgot to give us the chicken for the lettuce wraps(kind of defeats the purpose of the wraps) at that point it was too late and we were too tired to go back. The nachos were messy and burnt. Chicken fingers were the redeeming factor they were nice and meaty with a good crisp. We are just visiting Naples on vacation but I can say if I lived here I don't think I'd waste my time or money going back here. The restaurant had nice open decor with a sports bar feel. The menu was pretty big, which made me question how well they could do all those dishes. However, the Nashville got chicken sandwich as very good. My wife's turkey burger was also good and I liked the draft beer selection. read more

We expected a long wait because it was opening weekend, but after waiting for 90 minutes, we thought everything would be good. Our waiter was new so it took 5 tries to get the order right. One persons beer was never served. Same persons salad was never served. Then one of her fish tacos was inedible. Another persons burger was burned. On the positive side, the clam chowder was delicious and the other 2 burgers were also very good. The manager apologized and comped part of the bill. We went to one of our favorite places and had not been there for awhile. I don't think we will go back. The service was terrible. Not once did a server come by to see if we needed anything after our food was served. We waited about an hour after placing our order. We did not order right away. I ordered a salad and waited about 20 minutes or so to get the dressing. The place was not busy at all. Very disappointed! Yardhouse use to be a great place go to. Went to lunch today at The Yard House. Arrived at about 1145am. It was already pretty crowded. I sat at the Bar. Nice to see some familiar Faces behind the Bar. The Décor and atmosphere were very modern. It was pretty loud. I had Clam Chowder to start. Was Good, lots of Clams. Needed some BACON...or Pancetta in it t give it that really good flavor. Visited on their first Saturday open and they were extremely busy so we understand they are working the kinks out. My order was completely messed as my beer was forgotten (showed up halfway thru dinner), as well as my appetizer and my fish taco was not edible. Waiter laughed his mistakes but still my dinner was a total loss. Manager made good by comping my meal. Others in my party very happy with their burger choices. Few take aways from the dinner though that will linger after the opening. Wonderful place for extensive offering of beer but you can't charge $5.50 for a Bud Light. Really? Second, I would not recommend the fish tacos. Two tiny flour tortillas with one small piece of fish in each taco, There was more sauce in it than fish. It was like a small plate or children's dinner. Not acceptable for an adult. There was an upcharge for the dinner which inlcluded rice and pinto beans. The beans amounted to about two tablespoons of beans with cheese which was tasty but looked like it had been sitting awhile.They need to rethink that dish. In addition, my taco was fishy and could not eat it. I may return at some point in the future but will stick to burgers. read more

Food has progressively gotten worse each time I visit. Tastes exactly like it has been taken out of the freezer and thrown into the microwave. Service has also been TERRIBLE the past few times I have visited too, which is extremely disappointing. I'm talking about waiting 20 minutes for a beer (after ordering) and a server who is never to be seen. The menu is extremely overpriced for these reasons. I used to love this place but I have had a negative experience each time recently. I do not plan on returning, and do not recommend coming here. We have a Yard House in Cincinnati but I had never been to the one in Naples. We were looking for a place to watch the Bengals for the playoff games in Naples and decided to try the Yard House and I am so glad we did. We had a large crowd show up for the game and the staff was very attentive, pleasant and the food was delicious. Bengals managed to win and we chose the Yard House for the 2nd game and, again, they exceeded our expectations. Bengals are now in the Super Bowl and Patrick, the manager, has been more than accommodating, and he is adamant about keeping the "mojo" going for us Bengals' fans. It's refreshing to have a restaurant/manager go above and beyond for their customers. You don't get that very often anymore. In other words, I highly recommend the Yard House in Naples, FL :) read more
