Instead of apologizing, the two women working seemed annoyed that I was there and asked me to prove that I had called. After I showed them my call history, they contacted the owner, who offered free essential oils, then told me to come back in an hour (which made no sense) or rebook for another day. My appointment was at 7:00 PM, the business closes at 9:00 PM, and I had planned my evening around this. I may be wrong unfortunately my memory is not the best. My masseuse was able to apply the perfect amount of pressure and took all the knots out of my whole entire body. She was very kind and talkative, I walked out of my massage feeling like a brand new woman, I will most definitely be coming back. I also hope to bring my husband along next time totally recommend bringing cash for a tip, but they do take card, you just have to pay a one dollar for the processing fees. By far the worst massage I've ever gotten. Here's why: 1. They have really bad customer service. None of them speak English and they're very unorganized with appointments. 2. I had to pay before I got my massage which I've never had to do before at any other massage place, but I noticed a white male didn't have to pay before services. I told her specifically where I wanted a massage and because she didn't know English she was massaging every part other than what I requested. I wanted to share an honest experience because I've actually had a good visit here before. On a previous appointment, I had a massage with Eva and it was great, which is why I decided to come back and treat myself again. When I called to book, I specifically asked for a deep tissue massage and was told it would be more expensive, which I was totally fine with. However, when I arrived, the owner ended up being my masseuse instead of the person I was expecting. Unfortunately, this massage was a huge letdown. It wasn't a deep tissue massage despite paying for one, and her smartwatch repeatedly buzzed and made noise throughout the session, which was very distracting. On top of that, she left the room multiple times to go to the front desk whenever someone came in and had full conversations. I'd estimate this took up close to 20 minutes of the session, and no extra time was added to make up for it. She tells me she's going to start my bf's service and for me to wait because the other person isn't here yet. 10 mins goes by and I'm getting irritated so I asked her when the other person is coming. She rushes out the door to speak to the front desk person and comes back in saying she don't know. A few mins later, a guy comes rushing in and came into our room. No apologies or anything. Just threw the towel on my back and started rubbing aggressively. He gave me the worst massage ever. It was not relaxing nor did it feel good. He was rubbing my back so fast like he was trying to wash and scrub my back instead of massaging. He barely massaged my legs and arms. Did not do my hands, feet, or face at all. Only gave me 55 mins of my paid 60 and when he was done, he literally just left. What in the actual fu*ck.... Hands down best massage I have EVER received! Came here for a couples stone massage we purchased from Groupon and I am so happy that I went with my gut and jumped on the deal. Like myself my partner LOVED his massage. I had Candy and he had Lisa and we honestly had no complaints from start to finish. The shop is new and I'm going to say it... don't judge a book by its cover. I was a bit taken aback that there were no doors on the rooms and curtains but honestly that was out of my mind once the actual massage began. I asked for medium to firm and WHEW was I not disappointed. Candy massaged out every knot and I didn't even have to tell her where they were. I will say the one thing that was odd to me was they didn't massage my feet. If you look at the price picture it says feet massage as a seperate charge. Honestly for the price I don't see a problem. Another mentionable is they were running a bit behind and I was SHOCKED that they gave me a full 60 minutes. I'm currently sitting in my car writing this review because I'm so relaxed it's probably not safe for me to drive-HA! A few things to keep in mind. This isn't a medical massage therapist space. If it's medical, like any other medical need, do your research and make appointments with the appropriate caregiver. This isn't some bougie spa with crystal walls, lavender diffusers and cucumber waters. It is a relaxed, clean, quiet space with multiple private rooms. They don't have doors, but are closed off with curtains for privacy. They DO have soft lighting and very comfortable massage tables. It is exactly what it should be if you're looking for a massage. My masseuse was Holly. This woman had strong hands with a calculated touch and I felt the tension and knots melt away as she worked on my mess of a body. She asked if I wanted medium or hard pressure, she made sure my hair was out of the way so as not to get caught during her work. I fell asleep and drooled and she was gentle in waking me up to flip over. My husband gifted me a 90 minute massage and she started on time and worked to the very end, none of this 50 mins silliness that some places pull because they need the 10 minutes to flip the room for another guest. They were really good about letting me take my time and were so friendly and thanked me for coming. They are relatively new, and I highly recommend them if you're looking for strong, well experienced hands to work on your body and help it relax. I heard many a massage guest come in and leave grateful and happy during my 90 mins and I plan on returning! Their prices are MORE than reasonable, and they do a great job. I write this review with the most utmost honesty. This is the WORST massage parlor, save your hard earned money and pay a little more for something else. The massage people, I don't even want to call them masseuses because they did not know what the hell they were doing. They had no routine, no consistency (left vs. right side of your body), and every time they leave for towels or stones, it was nearly 5 minutes at a time that cuts in your session. My boyfriend told me his massage girl was so sporadic with her massages, from soft to hard in different places and jumping around. The last 10 minutes was literally the both of them trying to kill time and doing some weird stuff like pulling my legs and slapping the bottom of my feet like 3 times. Great intro deal for what I received. 5 Stars for Lisa and the 60min Combination Hot Stone massage I received from her. My goodness! I left my session feeling like a soft noodle! 5 Stars to the heating pad she had on her table too!!! That pad really relaxed me and made my massage way more enjoyable. Also, PLEASE tip your massage artist. They do very hard work and deserve to be compensated for their efforts. A guy left his massage and only left $5. Not cool dude. I always leave at least $30 for 60-90 min massages and usually try and leave at least $35 for 90min. Came here on a Saturday last minute with my husband for a couples massage and we have not had a massage in over a year since we had really bad experiences from previous massage places hurting us. Let me tell you that this place completely changed our minds about massages! Everything about our experience here was amazing! They have a warm up blanket that you lay on the massage bed that makes you feel comfortable right away, the whole place was entirely clean and you were able to smell it in the air, the massages were just perfect and I felt like a complete different person when I came out! The pros: They got us in on time, no problems w/ our Groupon, and my friend had a somewhat decent experience w/ the actual massage. The cons: They started our massages and mid way through the woman doing my friend's massage burps about 2-3 times. We hear guests coming in and out of the place and conversations amongst staff when we're supposed to be in a relaxed setting. Then someone walks in for their appt and the woman doing my friend's massage walks out to tell them to please wait. Afterward, her and the man rush through the rest of our massages so, what was supposed to be an hour was about 50mins. To make matters worse, as we're asking them to charge my card for tip, she asked how much. When I tell her the amount, she then proceeds to ask us to pay more as, "people who come in, usually pay more." Disappointing. Went in for a 30 min foot massage to relieve pain and at most got 15 mins of massage. The first 5 minutes were spent listening to the staff argue. Then I was given a bucket to soak my feet in for another 5. The massage started out ok but turned into a very odd focus rubbing each toe and a finger in between my toes for several minutes. It was not pleasant, particularly with the rubber gloves that the masseuse wore. Then she spent maybe 5 mins on my calves which last I checked are not part of my feet. This was followed by a hot towel to clean off the oil/lotion and voila! Done with 5 mins left to spare. At the end of the massage when we were leaving we were pressured to make a higher tip then we were giving. The lady was trying to pressure us into an extra 30 in tips . Both the lady up front and the massage therapist looked us into our soul and they stood surrounding us to get a higher tip with a 1.00 charge I normally don't get uncomfortable but both me and my wife were uncomfortable. No one smiled or made us feel welcomed, and even after we confirmed that we had booked a couple's massage, she asked us if we wanted separate rooms. I drove there just to realize they had double booked my time slot.
