I believe I emailed them on a Wednesday and asked how long it would take. I spoke to Zach who told me it should get there, but if it didn't, I could come in and get it if it didn't arrive by Saturday. The birthday gathering was Saturday night. Zach was great with communicating with me and asked me to follow up with him. Thankfully, the card got there and I even saw he said he'd have driven one over if he had to. That's going above and beyond, which I'm grateful for. Every step of the way was easy and I didn't feel like a bother trying to get my last minute gift. It came in the cutest little card, too!
