Manager, you need to hire more people to make sushi and help your front desk person. I had to wait 1.5 hours for one roll.

What a fantastic little restaurant serving authentic Thai food in downtown Martinsburg! We arrived…read moreon a Thursday night and were seated right away in their patio, which is well kept and shaded (every table has a patio umbrella). Our server, who was super friendly, came out right away to take our drink order. The menu is a bit extensive and everything sounds delicious, so we definitely had questions for him. In the end, I ended up settling for the braised beef Khao Soi, which is a northern Thai specialty and hard to find in most Thai restaurants. When I see it on the menu, I bypass my usual dishes and have to try it. The Khao Soi broth was absolutely delicious and flavorful with a good kick of spiciness. The beef was tender (they also make the dish with chicken but it's thigh and leg, so I went for the beef). Overall, no regrets ordering the Khao Soi. My companion had the Pad Thai with pork and it was equally delicious! This restaurant uses thinner noodles for their Pad Thai but it made no difference; it was great! There's plenty of street parking (enforced M-F until 5pm). Don't miss this spot, which also has sister restaurants in Staunton and Culpeper, VA and a couple other locations in West Virginia.

I rate restaurants within their category and concept. I am not comparing a casual neighborhood Thai…read morerestaurant to a Michelin star dining experience. If a place delivers flavorful food, solid execution, and a meal that makes you want to come back, that earns a strong rating from me. We recently visited Patama Thai Kitchen and had a very enjoyable meal overall. The pho was good, comforting, and satisfying. The broth had nice flavor and made for a solid start to the meal. The beef and broccoli was also well done. The beef was tender, the vegetables were cooked properly, and the dish came together nicely without being overly heavy. The fried rice was enjoyable, though in my opinion it could have used just a touch more seasoning to really make it pop. Still a good dish, just one small adjustment away from being excellent. The Yum Yum noodles were one of the highlights of the meal. They were very good, light, flavorful, and had a nice balance that kept the dish from feeling overly rich. Overall, this was a very solid experience with multiple dishes we enjoyed and no major misses. That is always a good sign. A solid 4 stars from me, and we will definitely be going back.

Patama Thai Kitchen - Hhmmmm. Spring rolls were ok. Were they made to order? I'm not so sure and I wished for more flavor.

Patama Thai Kitchen - Small spoon and small dish but eco friendly. I asked for veggie curry.
