I normally don't leave reviews, but I wish someone had warned me before I bought a vehicle here. I was sold a car that broke down in under a year of ownership. Within that first year, I dealt with major mechanical failures, including transmission issues followed by a head gasket failure. What was supposed to be a reliable vehicle ended up costing me over $17,000 out of pocket. At the time, I was a young mom, going to college and working a full-time job. I trusted that I was being sold a dependable car. Instead, I was left with constant breakdowns, massive repair bills, and an unbelievable amount of stress. What makes this worse is that over a year later, after everything that happened, I was contacted by this dealership asking if I wanted to buy another vehicle. That alone shows a complete lack of accountability or concern for what I went through. An apology does not change the fact that I was taken advantage of and sold a faulty vehicle. Terrible service Department experience for the third time! Will not be back! Spent 90 minutes waiting on my truck's oil change this morning and when I finally got it back, it was a quart low on oil. This is the third time that this has happened. The first two times was with the previous service manager, so I had high hopes with the new service manager. S But same story, different day. Everyone should be aware and check your oil before leaving! On top of that, they were trying to charge me $26 more than the normal amount I've been paying for the last several trips there. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get your vehicle serviced. Trust me on this. I'm also posting a picture of my dipstick showing the low oil as well as the mess they left under the hood. Too lazy to even wipe the oil they spilled. Also included a picture showing they did not put a new oil change sticker on my windshield. Absolute crooks on pricing. Took a Sierra 2500 in for steering issue. They gave a quote on parts and service. I don't know what the cost of the labor should be, but they have the parts marked up 170% over the LIST PRICE on the GMC website. read more

These are shady dealers that do not back what they sell. Sold me a cat I still owe $15,000 on and will not do anything because the extended warranty they included (that I didn't know I had) had expired. I have only had the car for 16 months. read more

I bought a car from them about a month ago. The following day after my purchase I noticed a two small dents and another noticeable dent to the hood. I promptly called the dealership and got the run around. The man in the parts department was rude and short and placed me on hold for over thriry minutes only to return and and tell me that he couldn't help me. So, I called the dealership back and spoke the man that sold me the car. He was nice and listened to my complaints and promised to call me the following day. I have yet to receive a call. The finance person sold me 'some kind of ding protection insurance that was supposed to remedy situations such as this'. This did not happen. He also said that someone would come to me if I had an issue. This did not happen. I went got the contract to see if I had missed something or maybe it was just me not understanding. And there is was in black and white and the listing price had been increased by almost 2,000$ somehow the car listed on the internet at 27,000$ had increased to 29,000$ plus. I am now the proud owner of a car with dings in the hood, paid extra for insurace that should fix the problem but won't. But, I guess that's what I get for buying a car on an over cast day and being too trusting thinking that people would do the right thing. read more
