$40 for 40 mins of foot massage was wonderful. You can pick soft, medium, or hard. I went with medium because I sprained my feet playing golf. This did better for my sprain than the podiatrist. 40 mins went by fast. I will do 60 mins next time! they soak your feet in a bath first to wash. There is a timer for your service. read more

This place is amazing. We have been about 4 times and if I could afford it I would do it weekly. Did 90 minutes with CBD add-on. My favorite so far is Tony. My last visit was a little aggravating because another customer who was obviously enjoying his foot reflexology was snoring very loudly and it was very disruptive for me. I recently visited YaYa Foot Spa and had an excellent experience! I had never been there before and will definitely be back! At first I was a bit hesitant because they were all male, and the man at the front desk said he did have a lady available for me, so I went ahead and did it. All they do is foot massage, which is very unique and so worth it! I did the 40 minutes and was just what I needed. At the end of the massage I felt SO relaxed and literally went home to sleep! They have CBD foot bath options, which is awesome! So grateful that they are open on Sunday. Will be back for sure when I'm in the area, great experience!! read more

I've been here before and had a great experience so when I had someone come visit me from out of town and after a day of walking around the fair I decided to treat her to a massage. Sadly . . . This was not what I was expecting. The two guys who helped us had two different techniques that left both us wanting more. My guy paid so much attention to my feet but my calves is what needed attention. Her guy did her calves and she wanted more attention to her feet. Neither of us were offered a drink and when everything was done they both stood awkwardly at the cash register waiting for a tip. Left not feeling like I got what I went in needing. read more

Second time coming here and both were great experiences. Today I was the first appt at 10. Upon arrival, the doors were open to get fresh air inside. They had just cleaned and it smelled great! My technician was very firm and did an excellent job. Highly recommend for a pre holiday treat. Today is the day before Thanksgiving and now my pampered feet will be ready! The only con was that someone's phone went off about 30 times. It was a quiet chime that sounded like the front door but I was the only guest up until the second guest came at the end of my appointment. I will be back for sure!! read more

We did the 40 minute basic service which was a foot soak and 20 minute foot massages on each leg. They did a wonderful job, and our feet felt brand new upon leaving. The absolute worst foot massage I have ever gotten to date. The man who was massaging was putting so much pressure on my feet to the point I was screaming ouch and yanking my feet away and he still did not lighten up with pressure. Beware: We were halfway through our appointment and suddenly the door flew open and a woman came in asking us to leave because another appointment showed up. It was confusing, because we had confirmed our time that morning. She couldn't or wouldn't say anything but "I'm sorry" but in a short curt rude way, not like she was actually sorry. We didn't stay to argue, just kind of shockingly gathered our things and left. We didn't want to stay where we weren't wanted. Very strange, very rude and not at all relaxing. Really strange experience. Made a reservation with a friend, they had hers written down but not mine. They sat us together and put our feet in water and we sat for about five minutes waiting. Then one of the staff came over to us saying "sorry" over and over again, dried our feet and put our shoes on. We were SO confused and it was only slightly cleared up when we said "we need to leave?" And she said "yes. Leave" and pointed to the door. We were the only two people in there and have no idea why we were asked to leave. We called the Lovers location and tried to get in there - when we told them about what had happened at the Greenville location, they called them on the other line and we ended up listening to them argue with us on the line. Two employees then came out of the store looking for us. I wanted to crawl in a cave and hide there forever. Seriously bizarre. I won't go back just because of how uncomfortable the whole deal was, and the language barrier meant we had no way to work it out together. read more

I love Yaya Foot Spa! I have seen Jack three times and every time I am satisfied and my feet feel better. I work as a teacher and wear flats everyday so by Friday my feet are killing me. I have been going on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings so that my feet feel better during the weekend and ready to go back to work on Monday. The place is very clean and very quiet. The give you a complimentary cup of warm green tea. My ONLY complaint is that sometimes you get a whiff of pizza due to the pizza place next door (but now I know to dab a tiny amount of perfume on my noise and I'm good to go). I always set an appointment ahead of time so I know Jack will be expecting me. $36 for an hour foot massage is an awesome deal! read more

My husband and I wanted to end our Valentine's Day with a relaxing foot massage and so last minute we spontaneously drove around our area and then called YaYa Foot Spa to see if they had any availability for the night (it was 8:50pm). The lady advised us there was one at 10pm but that was too late so I said "We are right outside your shop, is there anything close to now?" She replied that they had a booking at 9pm but if they are a no show; she would call us back at 9:10 and accomodate us. Sharply at 9:10pm, the lady called us back and said the booking was a no-show so we are welcome to come. Hooray! We were welcomed by two male massage therapist who were very efficient and had us seated almost immediately. My husband and I only wanted a 30 minute foot massage but their minimum is 40mins for $26 (not bad). We have been to another YaYa on Lovers, but I find this one much more spacious, clean, and overall better. Better ambience, better feel, better reflexology. They adjust the seat for you for optimal comfort and they fully massage your feet points and calves. It was so relaxing with music in the background and they really get into your muscles versus rubbing like the other foot spa we have been to. Totally will be back to this particular spa! I have mixed reviews in this place. On Sunday I was in the dire need of some sort of relief from allergies. I have been to many foot spa locations around the state where they do full body or will work on specific areas. I called The 469 number to ask if they would do this and she said yes just talk to the person doing your service. The lady at the 469 number which I shall call yaya dispatch spoke great English and I was pumped for my service. I walked into yaya just in time for my appointment and the lady checking me in could barely speak English and kept waving one finger at me like she was saying no but it really was her saying yes. So I go into the space which is very clean and nice and full. The lady who welcomed me with her kind finger gesture was the one who did my service. I wore my leggings and began to lift them. I lifted them to my knee and she said no to lower them. Well evidently at this yaya no means yes because my leggings were supposed to go to my knee. I told the lady that I spoke to yaya dispatch and they told me they could work on my sinus issues. She said no they didn't do that and pointed to her sinuses. We went back and forth and she just said they do feet only there. That's fine, I know there are reflexology spots on your feet related to your sinuses. My service was great but I feel like I was mislead several times. There were a few times the employees did bust out in conversations not in English which was a major disruption to the service. I feel bad For the two people who came in, took off their shoes and socks only to be told by the finger slinger that they actually didn't have time for their walk in. I also wish there was one of those fancy diagrams on the wall that show the feet and all the reflexology points or documents that say your practioner is liscenced in reflexology. At the end of my service I did feel good because my finger shaking woman did point out places in my feet that effect the sinus area. I probably won't go back there. If you're looking for a foot spa this place is nice but it's not a full body service location. read more

Booked my appointment online and chose "any female therapist" instead I got a guy!!! Didn't say anything but seriously why even bother including this option on your website then???? I got the 60 minutes VIP massage and definitely regretted paying extra for it. He cut it 5 mins short and did NOT do the final soak in crystal mud and detox, as per service described on the web site. I'm not sure how I feel about this place. The person who did my massage was very nice. But I assume he was the owner seemed upset I didn't make an appointment. Even though it said walk ins are alright. I chose the VIP treatment which is $10 more. Offering aromatherapy. I was not given that. The owner kept storming in through the room stomping around and talking at a normal volume. Isn't it supposed to be relaxing? And I heard him turn away 3 different customers saying they weren't available but I was the only one in there. I was very confused. I've been to a YiYi spa in Lake highlands and they were so friendly. Same concept but different company since this is YaYa. I don't think I will be returning here. Maybe a different location. Worst place ever. Told me they could accommodate me for a 40 minute reflexology. Took me back and I was all settled and relaxed even confirmed twice with me if I wanted 40 minutes. Then, 10 mins in asked me if I had an appointment. I said "no," you knew I was walk in when I came in. Told me they couldn't continue because they had four other appointments. WTF? Save your money and do not go here! If 0 starts was an option I would have done that. read more

A few things you should know: 1) Typically only one person speaks English so it can make things a bit difficult for walk-ins. If you're in the area and want to see if they have anything available sooner, I highly recommend calling. 2) The two women are my favorite, I fell asleep during both of their treatments and I never do that 3) Just be aware that this is only a foot spa, not full body. The woman therapist gave a very light surface rub (like my kid would do when just trying to get it over with). She took a phone call at one point & rubbed one handed for several minutes (& didn't talk quietly during her conversation)-. We went here with an appointment for two people and tried to get my sister in also and they said they could not get the three of us in only two. So we went ahead while my sister left. There were two workers sitting there not doing anything the whole time we were there. So why couldn't they get my sister in?? They also turned 4 people away while we were in there.
