Lots of legacy blends multitude of empty boxes. A customer came in the humidor inquiring to me about a cigar that she was looking for, for a friend. I proceeded to giver her some advice got interrupted by I suppose was the owner or manager (dunno this guy said he owned like 6 cigar stores previously lots of success there) I let it go, let him handle the customers suggestion no worries there. I buy like $150 worth of sticks some of the blends I like some I'm looking to try. Tried to have a conversation about some of my purchases with whom I perceived as a manager or some knowledgeable person who can carry on a conversation about some of the blends and contribute to a possible discussion kind of got a cold response as he gathered the smoke that he took from the humidor and sat with his friend. I later after I departed the shop spoke with the customer that had some questions about what they were purchasing, whom related to me that the gentleman seemed rude and arrogant and hopes that their not some type of manager or owner here. Said she wouldn't be back and was going to the other shop across town. Granted I've been to cigar lounges from here to overseas to just about anywhere. I've been and avid cigar smoker for over 30years+. I have always know that this type of behavior really has no place in the cigar industry nor community. I had high hopes for this establishment as I have visited the Tupelo shop many times in my travels. Not a pleasant time whatsoever I do not recommend.
