Our old yard was hideous- a crumbling wooden retaining wall, decaying trees and shrubs, those awful…read morelittle rocks, and a cracked driveway with a huge hump in the middle. I emailed Mr. Dinh to request an estimate at the end of November and within a month we had an entirely new yard! All the dying plants and ugly rocks were removed and replaced with artificial grass and the retaining wall that just went along the front of the yard was replaced with a concrete/stone faced wall that extends around the property line, front and up the driveway. As well as around the other side of the yard (we're on a corner lot). The entire driveway, front walkway, and walkway to the gate were also redone. The driveway was leveled and the concrete was replaced with pavers, including the walkways. Mr. Dinh is a genuinely nice person and was very responsive throughout the entire process. He listened to our ideas and what we wanted and his team was FAST.

The project is still ongoing, but she became unresponsive partway through. Despite repeated attempts to contact her by email, phone, and text, we received no response. All invoices were paid promptly and in full. As the project progressed, coordination with neighboring properties became more complex, which is common for projects involving trees. Around this time, communication stopped, and we were left without the arborist support we had contracted for. When hiring a consultant for a large, multi-phase project, reliability and follow-through are essential. Based on our experience, this expectation was not met.
