English, Spanish or Vietnamese-speaking staff is available. My nail technician was Julie. She was a nice lady & I think she did a good job. She did a gel fill with nail design. I told her I'm going to a music festival so I wanted to do something bold, bright & playful for my mani. She offered to serve me complimentary wine (I think it is? Not sure), but I was already drinking water & am currently limiting my alcohol intake. She provided good customer service & had nice manners. She double-checked that my design stayed put, & I enjoyed my appointment. These nails were about $70 before tax & tip. Your design can change the price of your nails to increase or decrease depending on what you decide. To get an idea, you can always ask the technician before doing the design or the front desk. I typically tip 20% to 25% for my service but you can always tip more! Edit: the rose fell off after one day :( service was still good, just bummed that one of the 3d rose didn't last :((

When I checked out and showed the promo code, the gal at the register sent it to her boss and called her boss just to tell me they took over the business and that it wasn't valid. Disappointed with the results and service today. Will not be coming back again. 3/5 stars as she did a decent job on the toes and was able to clean it well as it was with regular polish.
