Some of it is pretty cheap so if it falls apart after just a few months as a few pieces have, it doesn't upset me. What I can't stand about Kohl's in general is when you submit a review, they do not allow you to include details of the transaction (your overall experience), you may only review the product. I recently purchased two pairs of shoes on-line and ended up returning both. I received one pair in a few days, it took two weeks for the second pair to arrive. My review was not accepted twice because I mentioned the shipping time and the loss of the discount, even if I were to exchange for the same shoe in a different size. They tell you to call customer service about this kind of thing. That prevents potential customers from realizing the kinds of problems they may encounter when ordering on-line.

I usually have to spend 30-45 minutes of my lunch break to talk to someone and get an order unstuck from their systems. The people working there are always very kind, and apologetic, but it is not a good customer experience. The technology from mobile app to phone systems just don't work well.

First of all, when I walked in, I wasn't greeted at all. The employee was busy on her phone, which felt very unprofessional. To make matters worse, she implied that I was being deceptive about whether or not the toy had been opened, even though I had the receipt and there was no damage or visible signs of wear on the toy. She made me feel like I was lying about the condition of the item, which was completely uncalled for. The stores return policy states that the item must be in "original packaging and re-sellable condition within 30 days of purchase". Although, the toy met those conditions and I had the receipt , she still refused the return suggesting that it was not in re-sellable condition. She also accused me, more than once, of buying the item at a different store (even though the receipt had that store and location on it) I was absolutely flabbergasted by how I was treated. The way the clerk spoke to me was beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. It's a shame because it is a nice establishment, but after this experience, I will never be going back. Stay away unless you want to deal with rude employees and a poor management!

Westborough is always fully stocked with everything I need and if they aren't they order my products and I receive them in their next shipment. The staff is friendly unlike other locations and when I have questions they go above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend going to this location and if you fear they may not have everything you need before the drive just call a few weeks ahead and create an order with the store. Once it's in they put it all together and call you when it's ready to pick up and when you arrive they will greet you with a smile and be happy to help you.
