I was told that the driver was "at the airport", "he's arriving now", "I just spoke with the driver and he is turning into the airport now" and none of these statements were true. Then I wasn't reimbursed for my ride, I was credited $40 for my NEXT ride. By the way r hat $40 discount would make the ride cost the same as a Lyft SUV pick up.

I changed my review from 1-star to 3-star. **Original Review: I feel terrible that my wife was subjected to this company. She needed an early morning ride to the hospital for back surgery, and I felt badly about not being able to be there with her. She has scheduled a Lyft, but I wanted to "upgrade" her experience and hired Black Diamond for her (through Yelp). She was hesitant to even take the ride after she got in, but she took it because she couldn't be late for surgery. My wife doesn't like to rock the boat and doesn't like confrontation. She paid for the ride and gave a $5 tip "to show dissatisfaction." Well... that doesn't accurately represent her experience, so I'm writing this to make others aware of what to expect if the business owner sends Kathleen in a Silver Ford to pick them up. My wife made it to the hospital on time, but the 1-star review is because of these things that are fundamental failures: (1) Driver Kathleen was NOT wearing a mask even though one is required by local regulations, AND the company advertises that drivers wear masks and that customer "safety, comfort, and peace of mind" are their top priority. (2) Driver Kathleen had her small dog with her, and the dog was on her lap while she was driving. This is not safe nor professional. (3) Car smelled like cigarette smoke. Seriously?! My wif paid double what a Lyft would have cost and got a Ford that smelled like cigarettes. Do you see why I feel terrible that I subjected her to this on the morning of her surgery?! (4) Quoted rate (through Yelp) was $65-80, but upon arrival at the destination the driver said to my wife, "My husband said $85, but I'll give it to you for $80." My wife paid and got out of that car and texted me, "I can't wait to get inside the hospital and sanitize my hands and my phone."

He came in to get me and carried all of my luggage and loaded it up and we were on our way. Yes this does happen however they handled it all wrong and I doubt there was an issue at all with the limo. No communication when the limo broke down prior to the ride. We started calling when they were 30 minutes late and it took almost an hour to get anymore to call us back and let us know what happened. This is not how you handle an issue. We should have been immediately notified when the mechanical issues occurred so we could make additional arrangements to our event. We also had issues getting a refund for our ride. Had to contact the credit card company to get the charge removed. Charged was removed then was charged again the same amount plus additional. Please improve your customer service. We understand mechanical issues arise however it seems like you consistently handle this wrong based on other reviewers. People typically rent limos for special occasions so understand you and negatively impacting an important day in a persons life - birthday, prom, funeral, etc. Hopefully you will take this review to heart and make changes for futures customers

I never dreamed it would be 3 HUNDRED and 23 dollars for about 50 miles round trip. Bank called today, freezing my Acct for a 497$ fee, thinking fraud. Sent me a statement. I called Phyllis for a refund. She only refunded me 174 of it. That 497 is half of my check on a fixed income. 174 barely touches or makes up for that. I can understand a 50-75$ fee. That would include gas, whatever wait time. I'd even given her 100 - but 323???? Just pls beware, get specific. It's robbery.
