We decided to stop in Amarillo for the night to find a shop in Amarillo , landing with Marc after 2 other shops could not fit us in their schedule that day. He quickly diagnosed the issue and showed me how he knew the compressor was no longer working properly. I went to his shop about 9:30am and he had us back on the road a little after 2pm. Recently he worked on my 2012 Ford F150 Since I had an extended warranty; Marc Went to work and fixed what Street Volkswagen could not fix after 4 times in their shop. Mark worked hard to get the work done as quickly as possible he let me know what the warranty would not cover so I could make a plan to pay the rest. I also found out that previous work Supposedly done by the afore-mentioned dealership never happened. Like when I bout the vehicle the dealership supposedly replaced a water pump and replaced the spark plugs. The plugs were the original from when the truck was new as per the black dots on all Ford F150 original spark plugs. Needless to say, I will never take a vehicle back to Street Volkswagen for work. The Dealership also was supposed to fix an issue with the Flywheel and Starter which is now starting to act the same way before I took it to the dealership. So I would pretty certain it was not fixed properly the first time. What I am saying is Marc Bullard will fix you vehicle properly!!!!!

I brought my Lexus in at 8am on Wed. & he kept saying, "It'll be ready tomorrow, tomorrow..." then I got a text from Street Toyota saying "Thank you for bringing in your vehicle!" ON FRIDAY MORNING. I am very grateful that his ego wasn't bigger than my safety but he cracked my cowl seal (GOOGLE THATT!) and broke my windshield wiper - - which he did not disclose - - I had to notice it and point out that I just got my oil changed at Street Toyota a week before and was absolutely certain the windshield wiper was in new condition before I dropped it off to him. So began the "Tomorrow, Tomorrow" game for those replacements and it took him, Julio, my giant paper-book manual, and GOOGLE for them to change the windshield wipers - - which do not look right - - and he replaced both cowls when only the one that he destroyed was needed. (There was no sun damage to it nor was there wear & tear - - they were perfectly sealed and unnoticeable!) He replaced it with an ill-fitting seal or just did a 1/2-Donkey job because there's a gaping hole now leaving the engine and my cabin vulnerable to weather and critter exposure. He, Ted, and Julio just made me feel like a Dumb Female and I know they're reading this saying, "That's redundant!!" But I have pictures and video of Braden & Julio just confounded as to how to change the windshield wiper so - - who's the dumb female??! (Sorry to be redundant). Definitely go to Accent unless you're a Dumb Female. (Sry, thame sing).

My wife, her mother, sister, and aunt all met in Dallas for a one time road trip back to Phoenix,…read morewith planned stops in Texas to see Palo Duro Canyon, and then in Santa Fe. After visiting the canyon, they had reservations at a hotel in Canyon TX. Their 2016 Honda CR-V was acting up, and after parking at the hotel, they discovered that it was leaking fluid underneath. The next morning they had it towed to Crabtree Automotive Repair, where Gary took care of them to a level that went so far above and beyond that I get moved just thinking about it. He quickly discovered that the transfer case was leaking, and ordered one from Dallas to be delivered the next day. He was completely transparent about the cost, and that he wouldn't know if there were other problems with the transmission until he got the new transfer case installed. The next morning, he drove to the airport in Amarillo to pick up the part, and had it installed by 2pm. Unfortunately, after test driving, it became clear that the transmission was bad too. Hanging around in Canyon to wait for it to be fixed was not an option. Santa Fe was already a lost stop, and the travel party was feeling defeated. I was home in Phoenix, discussing the options with my wife. There was talk of everyone splitting up and going to their respective homes. They decided to complete the trip to Phoenix, but they would need to get to the airport in Amarillo to secure a rental car. Once again, Gary came to the rescue, and offered to drive them all, and their luggage, to the airport the next day. When I first learned about the car trouble, I told my wife that the best vacation stories almost always came from times when things didn't go as planned. People step up to help when we need them. Some of them go far beyond, and Gary is one of those people. He took care of my family when I couldn't, and he saved the day. That's a hero. Not to mention, he's also an expert mechanic who will fix your car at a more than fair price.
