We fully understand her stress about being the only waitress on staff, but there is a respectful way to communicate that. Instead, we were treated with hostility from the moment we arrived. Her rude and confrontational attitude made the decision for us--we left and took our business elsewhere. A restaurant's food may be great, but customer service is what creates first impressions. Unfortunately, ours was so unpleasant that we'll never know if the food was worth the wait, and we won't be returning.
