I had a wonderful experience with an employee Angelina. Also the girl at the window which I forgot her name. This was our first time to a dutchbrothers. We had never been to one due to not living near one till we moved. They were on point super peppy, and sweet. I honestly will be coming back often. Went here while visiting Prescott with my pal a few weeks ago and everyone was great... but... this review is for the girl who made our drinks. She had curly blonde hair and was completely locked in on making these things and let me tell you. These drinks. Lord they were so fantastic, they tasted as if they had been blessed by gods hands. We were vacationing, had walked 4 1/2 miles or so around Lynx Lake, found this place on yelp and thoroughly enjoyed the Kokomo, spelled wrong according to the menu, but everybody knows what we mean LOL I said had a wonderful time with the kids hanging out waiting for their orders as well love it when people are so kind to my son. read more

Another great Dutch stop today. Today was a special day in our family. It was adoption day in our family we decided to stop for some drinks with the kids and my husband to celebrate before making our way home. There were only a few cars in front of us so we were helped really quickly. We ordered six drinks, all so different because my kids are pilot oppositions lol and they made every one of them perfect . The girl at the counter asked what we had going on and when we told her she seemed genuinely happy for us. I really appreciated that. We were on our way under 10 minutes. Dutch down in the city usually isn't so quick because there are so many cars. Great service and tasty drinks today. read more

I had never had Dutch Bros before and I had to try it before heading home to So Cal. So instead of going through Sedona from where we were off to, we took a detour because I really needed to have my Dutch Bros needs met. Had I done my research, I would have just scratched the idea and just gone through Sedona, because this is a hole in the wall that does not offer everything on the menu that I saw online. I didn't see iced coffee listed, so I got a nitro cold brew and I was left very unsatisfied. I did not like the taste whatsoever. My husband got a hot coffee, how the heck does anyone drink of of those tops? It looks like a sippy cup top. We also got a chocolate chip muffin top to share. The lady that took my order gave me the wrong one and I had to ask for the right one. Our drinks also took a long time to get after ordering (I walked up to the window to order since drive thru was long) and I was left wondering why because I didn't order any blended drinks or anything complicated. It was also freezing cold outside. Needless to say I wasn't satisfied with this location at all. It was my first time but I will definitely try another location that is bigger. read more

This specific location has zero efficiency. Be prepared to wait a hundred years for your drink. I know Dutch is notorious for the big lines, but they lack the capability to keep things flowing and efficient... I won't even come to this location anymore. read more

This company went just launched their IPO September 15th... congratulations to them! We stumbled upon this place in Westgate AZ, the lines was sooo long we thought they were giving away something free! We decided to not go because literally the line was like long long .... Drive thru and the walk up! So after that I started to pay attention and this places never not have a line... at that point I felt I was missing out! I joined the line.... I will tell you I was missing out.... The customer service is always EVERYTHING.... Our Barista and his recommendation made this the best drink I have had from here.. and I say that every time I come as this place keeps topping itself! I ordered a Rebel extra thick but I added a made this drink just so dang ole delicious I kept getting brain freeze ! My husband had a custom drink coconut, lime, pineapple, banana, mango! As I type this my husband literally takes a sip of his and then a sip of mines and the cycle continues... I fully expect for this to continue until there gone! It's not the best coffee or best service I have ever had but it's a place I will keep coming back to over the other large coffee shops. The only problem I have with this spific location (prescott, az) is there is always a line and it can take up to 30min to get a latte. It doesn't matter if you walk up to the window it takes the same amount of time. I recommend soft top to all beverages, it's so good. read more

Dutch Bros have the most fun drinks from coffee drinks to smoothies to lemonade. When I knew we were going to be passing through Arizona on a road trip the first thing I thought was DUTCH BROS...YASSS! I should have just done it and gone all out and gotten a really fun drink but with being on the road and needing something strong to stay awake early in the morning I opted for a small iced latte with amaretto flavor. Although on the more boring side of the menu, still great. Employees here were friendly and quick as usual. I really love their customer service model. They even handed us an ipad to do a survey which you never see at coffee places. Keep up the great work, DB! read more

I tried the baristas recommendation, the Winnie the Poo latte and it was next level. Pastries are fresh, the space is stylish but cozy, and it's perfect for work or catching up with a friend. If you have kids they have a enormous indoor playground that will keep them busy for sure and get you coming back for more. If you're even thinking about going--do it. You'll be hooked on the coffee!

I went to their website after eating here and found that my smoothie, which was in the wellness section, had 57 grams of sugar! That is more that you are supposed to have in a whole day.
