the wait at the pv location is always 10x longer than the prescott location. I have waited for an hour multiple times. I dont know if there is a lack of staff, or slower procedures. Not sure what the issue is but i recommend avoiding this location and going to Prescott instead where the service is quicker, efficient, and frankly, friendlier. Still rockin drinks tho. read more

Another great Dutch stop today. Today was a special day in our family. It was adoption day in our family we decided to stop for some drinks with the kids and my husband to celebrate before making our way home. There were only a few cars in front of us so we were helped really quickly. We ordered six drinks, all so different because my kids are pilot oppositions lol and they made every one of them perfect . The girl at the counter asked what we had going on and when we told her she seemed genuinely happy for us. I really appreciated that. We were on our way under 10 minutes. I had never had Dutch Bros before and I had to try it before heading home to So Cal. So instead of going through Sedona from where we were off to, we took a detour because I really needed to have my Dutch Bros needs met. Had I done my research, I would have just scratched the idea and just gone through Sedona, because this is a hole in the wall that does not offer everything on the menu that I saw online. I didn't see iced coffee listed, so I got a nitro cold brew and I was left very unsatisfied. I did not like the taste whatsoever. My husband got a hot coffee, how the heck does anyone drink of of those tops? It looks like a sippy cup top. We also got a chocolate chip muffin top to share. The lady that took my order gave me the wrong one and I had to ask for the right one. Our drinks also took a long time to get after ordering (I walked up to the window to order since drive thru was long) and I was left wondering why because I didn't order any blended drinks or anything complicated. It was also freezing cold outside. Needless to say I wasn't satisfied with this location at all. It was my first time but I will definitely try another location that is bigger. read more

This company went just launched their IPO September 15th... congratulations to them! We stumbled upon this place in Westgate AZ, the lines was sooo long we thought they were giving away something free! We decided to not go because literally the line was like long long .... Drive thru and the walk up! So after that I started to pay attention and this places never not have a line... at that point I felt I was missing out! I joined the line.... I will tell you I was missing out.... The customer service is always EVERYTHING.... Our Barista and his recommendation made this the best drink I have had from here.. and I say that every time I come as this place keeps topping itself! I ordered a Rebel extra thick but I added a made this drink just so dang ole delicious I kept getting brain freeze ! My husband had a custom drink coconut, lime, pineapple, banana, mango! As I type this my husband literally takes a sip of his and then a sip of mines and the cycle continues... I fully expect for this to continue until there gone! The only problem I have with this spific location (prescott, az) is there is always a line and it can take up to 30min to get a latte. Dutch Bros have the most fun drinks from coffee drinks to smoothies to lemonade. When I knew we were going to be passing through Arizona on a road trip the first thing I thought was DUTCH BROS...YASSS! I should have just done it and gone all out and gotten a really fun drink but with being on the road and needing something strong to stay awake early in the morning I opted for a small iced latte with amaretto flavor. Although on the more boring side of the menu, still great. Employees here were friendly and quick as usual. I really love their customer service model.
