I went to Yellow Leaf Coffee while on vacation from the Midwest. I've never seen "shipping container" type of coffee spots but it was cute! Two windows on either side so you can drive up or walk up. Very few tables outside and a lil picnic table a bit away. Parking is limited and the parking lot is tight BUT the service was quick, staff were nice and the coffee was AMAZING. 10/10 will be returning. read more

It's always our coffee stop when we're up in Prescott. super fast service, staff is always friendly. Location is easy and convenient. Even in a large RV no need to get out of your vehicle for coffee. Solid specialty coffee joint with a drive-through line and a small walk-up window. On a holiday visit to see my parents in Prescott Valley, I was in the area and was feeling the need for coffee. Walking up to the window, I ordered a double espresso and had a pleasant back-and-forth with the lady running the window operations. In short order, I had my espresso and I was on my way. The good: I wish I would've asked about what beans they were using for their standard espresso because it was quite a tasty shot. Good clarity, sweet, hazelnut/toffee flavors, clean and crisp finish. The lady helping me out was also super friendly and approachable. The bad: I asked for a double shot but only got a single shot (thankfully I was only charged for a single). I could've been happy with a few shots of this tasty espresso! read more

I try and support our small businesses whenever possible and with the multiple coffee options in close proximity, this is by far my favorite! My go-to's are on their regular menu which are a vanilla latte or a caffe latte (iced, blended or hot!) I don't know where they get their beans but totally the smoothest and most flavorful around! However... take a look at their specials written on their drive-through window! They seem to change it up fairly often and oh my goodness... those are all pretty tasty too if you're looking for something different. Personally, I love late fall / winter flavors! And don't be discouraged if the drive-through lines have a couple cars in them... it goes fast. Give them a try! read more

We thought that this would of been on the way to the freeway. Which it was, and had good reviews instead of stopping at Starbucks we wanted to try something local. Unfortunately on a road trip you want something quick so you can get back on the road. 45 minutes later, we were able to order. We had ordered one of their specials, iced. The employee told me she has never made it iced before and to give it a whim. So she did and I tried it and it was not good. So she made me something else standard from their menu. It was a vanilla latte iced. As creamy as creamy could get, and sweet. I like the taste of coffee and there was no taste of coffee at all. The employees were friendly and had good customer service, but it was painfully slow and not that great of drinks. read more

I stopped coming here for a while because when you drink at coffee places like founding fathers and Modern coffee that use delicious coffee beans for their iced lattes, you can tell the difference when you order drinks here. I learned when you order an iced latte they use cold brew/ice coffee, you have to request espresso for their iced latte drinks. It does come out to a dollar more, I usually pay around $6.50 for my iced latte drinks everywhere else but here it came out to $7.43. So yeah it sucks, but once I started requesting espresso for my iced latte drinks, omg wow, such a difference, it tasted just as good as Found Fathers coffee drinks. If you have a sensitive pallette then I don't recommend their iced latte drinks made with iced coffee, it tastes watered down and milkier. I'll definitely be back when I feel like splurging on a $7 drink. lol Still very delicious with their espresso!! read more

I love Yellow Leaf! I go a few times a week and it is always a wonderful experience! Out of all the times I have gone I have only had one issue and it had to do with the quality of one drink. Half the order was correct but the "Vanilla Freeze" we ordered did not taste correct nor seem to have the proper consistency as it was separated. It was still a good drink but now what we ordered! If you want a little adorable, drive-thru and totally people-friendly coffee shop. This coffee joint is the one for you! I'm deaf and brand new around here. This was my second time here. I always prefer using mom and pop type stores over the big guys. This visit I requested a decaf latte. I didn't mind waiting as decaf is never ready at most places. But then the drink wasn't even full. It seemed light but there were others waiting and I hate to complain. But for quality control, I post this. The drinks are about the same price as Dutch so it's not circle K cheap drinks. Flavor is good. Staff nice. Just needs to watch fills. read more

Let's say it's the best coffee in Prescott valley!!! I live in Phoenix and every time I visit my family up north I always stop by! I even bought coffee beans from them and grind and brew my coffee at home! It's a must try if you're into local coffee shops and a great quality taste! Only con I can think of is them closing early. I believe 6pm? Wished they'd remain opened until later... (Hope in nearby future) That being said, great place and very convenient for a quick fix! read more
