No updates, no coordination, and no accountability. We constantly had to chase people down just to get basic answers. The attention to detail was equally disappointing. We were left with damaged and scuffed-up coping, stained decking, stained stucco -- and were essentially expected to just accept it. For a six-figure investment, the result should've been flawless. Instead, it looks like corners were cut at every stage. I'm a project coordinator in the construction industry myself, and I would never treat customers the way we were treated. The level of customer service was unacceptable. Tom, our sales rep, was great in the beginning -- friendly, helpful, and responsive. But the moment we signed the contract, we felt completely abandoned and instantly regretted choosing this company. Our biggest regret is not taking more time to research and choose a pool builder that actually values communication, craftsmanship, and customer experience. What's even more concerning is that I've posted this review twice on Google -- and both times it was hidden. It seems they're actively burying recent negative reviews to protect their image. This was not acceptable as we had guests coming and I was only in town for the day. They kept saying they would try and get out that day, but a few hours later they informed me I needed a permit prior to install which was not mentioned up until that point. I started by using their "Pool School" They came out to my house, looked at my equipment and walked me through how to care for it all. Ongoing, I take samples down to the store for them to test and they give me plain language description of what I need to do. They are always asking how the pool looks and feels.....as the tests are only part of the equation. Also, these guys are super fair....on several occasions they have advised me that something I needed is going to be cheaper through Amazon, etc.....they looking to be fair and keep your business.
