Back window on our minivan was shattered -- we had no garage, and there was rain in the forecast. We *needed* to get it replaced as soon as possible. I called them, hoping they would be able to come by my house - and they absolutely do mobile repairs, but since we didn't have a garage, they were concerned that--with rain in the forecast--the adhesive would not be able to set/cure correctly. We ended up driving up to their shop -- and the waiting room was immaculate, seriously hard to find a place you would rather kick back while someone fixes a pile of broken glass. They helped us find the right product, at the right price, and were able to get it done the same day we called them -- even talked us through how to properly cover the space where the window was with some plastic sheeting and tape (don't use duct-tape - painters tape "blue tape" is preferable), to be able to get to their facility. They made it look like it never happened -- and we have peace of mind knowing that rain wouldn't be pouring into our car all night long. Highly recommend working with these folks -- they went above and beyond to try and accommodate our time frame, and our budget. I can not say enough about how supportive and amazing my experience with Yellowstone auto glass was. Starting with Leila who runs the front office and handles appoinments, she was understanding, knowledgable, and took the time to listen. She accomodated my schedule and sent Robert out to fix what I thought was a crack in the windshield. Upon inspection, Robert explained it actually was not a crack. It was something that came off easily with a razorblade and he cleaned my entire windshield. I had gotten a great price for a quality windshield made in the USA. I have used Safelite before for my autoglass replacements but have had some trouble with the plastic rim coming loose. I decided to try Yellowstone because it had gotten good reviews. Robertcame to my house. He was so polite and showed such respect for me as a customer. He was honest and put his tools back and did not charge me. I needed a Windshield replacement so I called numerous Companies to obtain quotes. Yellowstone was the only company that offered three choices for me to select from. They also were the only company that promised to get it done the same day. So I made an appointment for 2:30 the same day. When I arrived they looked at my vehicle to ensure that they could preform the work as promised. They said it would take One hour to do the Replacement and then invited me into their lounge. The Lounge was extremely clean and neat and they even offered free snacks and drinks while I waited. Then at 3:28 my vehicle was delivered out front for my inspection. The work was flawless, I was very impressed, they even had to reattach my Dash Cam. All of this and over $200.00 less then the Nationally Advertised guy for the same Windshield. I had been putting off getting my windshield replaced because I just didn't want to deal with it, take time off work, etc. What an amazing customer experience Yellowstone Auto Glass provided - they made it so simple and easy, and were very welcoming. Their business center (next to a regular waiting room - both were spotless!) was very easy to work from during the quick time it took to replace my windshield. And their free snacks helped me through a mid-morning appointment :) They made the whole thing painless including confirming what was needed upfront, and were available via phone and text. I needed a rear window installed in a 1957 Ford Thunderbird. I contacted 8 auto glass installers. Five would not give a quote. A sixth company gave a ridiculously low quote. A seventh company gave a very high quote. Yellowstone was in the mid-price range and worked on my classic T-Bird the same day. The installation took a little longer than anticipated due to my having started the project erroneously when I gave up and brought the car in. This week, Yellowstone Auto Glass fixed my windshield. Robert, the engineer, came out to assess my vehicle and walk me through the installation procedure. It was estimated to take around an hour, although it did not appear to take that long. I sat in their reception area for a while, and then Robert came back and said the car was ready. We went outside again, and Robert went over the installation with me, making sure I was satisfied with the results. The customer care representative was very nice and knowledgeable. But our daughter got her first Covid-19 vaccine. I had to get our grandson off to school. He called me and said he would be there in 10 min. He was.
