After completing the online quote form, I received a prompt follow-up call. An estimate was provided, although I was asked to bring the vehicle in for an accurate assessment. Mobile service was not available, but I appreciated the straightforward communication. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately. My vehicle was inspected and then pulled into a service bay for windshield replacement. Despite having three vehicles being serviced at the same time, the team appeared organized and efficient. While waiting, I enjoyed a cool, clean, comfortable, and spacious lobby, especially appreciated on a +90 degree day. The waiting area included a table, several chairs, complimentary tea, and magazines. My partner and I even had time to enjoy lunch at a nearby Thai restaurant while the work was being completed. I noticed a windshield chip soon after I purchased my newer car that actually warranted replacing the windshield and I am so glad I came here to get it fixed. Living in the big city blues- thieves demolished my passenger side front window-glass everywhere(!) and walked away with a 12 year old portable gps concealed in the center console, and little else- next time I'll offer them he dang the key. The proprietor is every bit as good, pleasant and professional as described in other posts.
