Do not go here. Paid $62 for 2 tiny trays of overpriced and mediocre chocolate/fudge. Total tourist trap. Save your money & go elsewhere.

The ice cream is very good and I got so much more than expected. Definitely worth your money's worth! The person serving us was super nice and reminded us we could get free samples. It was also empty, probably because it's April, but very nice store in general! You can also get a coupon for it across the street, vice versa. read more

If I could leave zero stars and still give feedback, they wouldn't even get the 1 star from me. ambiance, store itself, candy selection, ice cream selection, AWESOME! expensive but eh, it's a candy shop in a tiny tourist town. The service? Garbage. The lady that helps run it is miserably misplaced in there. The store entrance is so inviting and fun, I don't think a single child walks past there without going in... but she isn't friendly and is especially bitter when you have children with you. Super odd for not only being a place of service but also a child store????!! The vibes are not worth the visit. Get treats elsewhere. read more

We visited when they first opened and it seemed wonderful. The price just a bit steep but expected by a new shop in Yellowstone. Well, came back a few days ago for some fudge like we used to get in the old shop. It was EXPENSIVE. 20$ for 1/4 a pound. Terrible customer service. The woman running the place has no problem publicly chewing out paying customers, creating an extremely uncomfortable environment for everyone around. My husband was yelled at for taking 3 plastic spoons that were sitting on the counter- clearly meant for eating your ice cream. prices are also noticeably higher than nearby shops. The gimmicky curb appeal might grab your attention, but save your time, money, and dignity and go somewhere they will actually treat you like a customer. read more

Absolutely awesome spot! Will be coming back every time I'm in Yellowstone. The atmosphere was super awesome and fun. Got ice cream 3 days in a row and it was amazing all 3 times. Owner is super nice and gave us discounts to a store across the street and chatted it up with us. He gave me the wrong flavor one day and didn't make me pay (I was fine with it because it tasted great). The chick that the other reviews are talking about no longer works there. THE WORST SERVICE We've come in ln multiple times over the last couple of days. The owner is a woman who talked down to multiple customers in front of us and was snapping at kids and parents. We had 3 separate families with us who all made their own purchases and had a nasty experience each time. Looking at the reviews on other sites it appears the previous owners were well liked and highly rated however many others have had similar experiences to us. read more

Absolutely awful service. Was told we were unable to get ice cream at 8:30 (they close at 9:00) because their scoop was soaking in chemicals. When I asked if that means we couldn't get any she said yes. When I told her it would be simple to wash the scoop, she continued to have attitude and asked me why I had an attitude. Awful. Just awful. Go to the other one in town. Save yourself some time and money!! I wanted two chocolate pretzels and the guy had to call the lady over to help me because he was too busy giving out samples instead of helping customers. The lady grabbed my pretzels, left them on the counter, and served the guests behind me. Then proceeded to completely ignore me and checked out the other guests behind me. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to ask the guy to wrap up my pretzels so I could even check out. The lady checking out also seemed kind of snotty, and seemed like she didn't want to be there. Which I get, I wouldn't want to be working with those awful people all day either. Everyone seemed to have an attitude. It took, and I'm not kidding, over 15 minutes to get two pretzels and check out. WITH NO LINE. Don't even get me started on the prices. Now I will say the fudge was spectacular. I will give them that, it was some pretty good fudge. It's good but not worth waiting that long to get some. read more

I agree with all the other reviews the previous candy store was great. I got 1/2 a bag of taffy and it cost $32 dollars. The worker was also rude to my daughter when she asked if she could get 3 kinds of fudge to make up a quarter pound and she cut a quarter pound of each then when my daughter tried to correct her she was rude and in a condescending way saying "What is that too expensive for you". Way too overpriced and not nice stuff. Too bad the old store isn't still there. We won't go back either. read more

this is a new candy company in west Yellowstone. they have deceptive prices and will argue with you and try to charge you 30 bucks for a small bag of candy. we were one of three couples arguing with "bob" because they price gouge and won't tell you how much it is until you bag it up and bring it up front. then they won't let you put it back because its "candy" and can't be put back. I have a toddler so we litterally only got the equivalent of maybe two boxes of candy and he wanted to charge us 30 dollars until we were walking out and lowered it to 10 dollars because he can't put it back. they are trained to give you a discount 10% discount if you dont like the price and then get a manager turn over if you still don't want to pay the inflated price.
