There are two concrete tubes for kids to crawl through but it had some trash inside so we avoided it. There's a pool next to the park which looked really cool, all natural in a rock quarry lol you have to see it to understand what I mean lol. And by the pool are some small trails and a rock type maze. Definitely a unique place that provides some places for fun. There's also a museum that's close by but I didn't check it out. A lot of parking in the lot and a nice big play field. Also theres a walking/bike path (thurston county rails to trail) that runs through the park as well.

Luckily it was one of the few days of sunshine and good weather in WA, so I could enjoy laying in the grass. There is something here for everyone. BBQ grills, rugby/soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, basketball courts, trails, doggie doo bags, public restrooms, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, picnic shelters, child & toddler playgrounds and a skate park. It's very well kept and still looks brand new even though it's been around since 2004 I believe. Check this place out before summer is over.

My kids enjoyed the ziplines and bonus they set it up so I didn't have to pick up my kids to get them on it. This place is so cool and so family friendly. They had cornhole, badminton, ring toss and other along the way. There are peacocks that live there and also a maze that wasn't open when we're there. If you're in the area you have to check it out!

There is a sandpit area that always has community toys left over incase you forget to bring your own. A walking trail around the park as well. Parking here is easy and there's 2 different lots with a lot of spaces. The slides can be slippery i've seen babies go down and hit their heads or kids who are wearing certain kinds of material that make them slide insanely fast so definitely keep this in mind if you have babies/toddlers. Public restrooms here as well that are always clean and neat the times i've been. All in all - my family and I love coming to this awesome park!

Update: 06/06/23 I have to knock off some points from this…read morereview. We went there over the weekend & was so disappointed how so much dog poops weren't picked up by their owners. It's just irresponsible to have a dog & have someone else clean after. This just seem a beginning of how a park gets trashed.
