I can't believe I've never been to this park before! There is so much space, 46 acres of it to be exact. Luckily it was one of the few days of sunshine and good weather in WA, so I could enjoy laying in the grass. There is something here for everyone. BBQ grills, rugby/soccer fields, baseball/softball fields, basketball courts, trails, doggie doo bags, public restrooms, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, picnic shelters, child & toddler playgrounds and a skate park. It's very well kept and still looks brand new even though it's been around since 2004 I believe. Check this place out before summer is over. read more

Beautiful park with plenty of outdoor activities from volleyball, tennis, basketball, baseball and even a skateboard/scooter park. They have restrooms and gazebos for rent. Definitely a fun park. read more

This park is kept up nice. It's right off Ruddle Rd. and on bus 66 and possibly bus 68 routes. I travel bus 66 so know it runs thru there. I have seen 68 on the bus stop stickers however know nothing about that bus because I never use it. The park opens up off of Ruddle Rd with a nice walkway. There is a small pond like yet cleaner water way immediately on your left as you stroll through the opening of the park. Some water fowl eagerly await to greet the average walker. Did I say eagerly awaiting water fowl and average walker?? Well look out!! Some of those water fowl are protecting THEIR home so be ready to hustle your bustle ye average walker!! If not, you just might get pecked and encouraged by a fowl or two to step firmly and quickly away from them and walk on your way through the park. After all, some of nature's joys are best observed in their own habitats. The park is large and kept clean. It certainly is its own invitation to frequent this wonderful nest for animals and humans alike. There are restrooms, kept clean and an area where you can get poo bags for "Fido" in case you need them. The grass is so green and plush. Kept nice, mowed and trimmed. Lots of places to kick a ball around. Trees are blooming so for me, that means another trip to this wonderful park!! I am curious to smell what I have yet to see. read more

Great park! Full of different spots for various activities, and very spacious. However, with little little ones, there's not much to do, the playground is pretty small and there's no swings. That's the reason for my 4 star rating. My 2 year old wasn't really big enough to climb up on the rock climb and bigger side of the playground. And the smaller area just had a slide, so that was a downfall. We ended up leaving shortly after he got bored. read more

This place is awesome! Went there with my friends last weekend, and it was beautiful! Lots of animals and nice people! There's lots of cute skater boys to talk to :3 One small problem, there was a glory hole in the children's playground. I think they heard my footsteps and talked to be, but they had a lisp and were missing a few teeth so I got a little worried, but still a great place! read more

This is an amazing park. I found out about it through Lacey Parks and Recreation. This park hosts several activities for Lacey Parks and Rec. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the park, how family friendly it was, and how large the play area is. My family used Rainier Vista quite a bit this summer. We will definitely continue to use this park in the future. read more

Large park, baseball fields, basketball/tennis courts. Bathrooms, covered/uncovered picnic areas. Charcoal grills. Soccer fields, playground. Paved walking loop. Large open grass areas and a singing man. He is the most interesting thing. I've encountered him several times. He just stands out in the open and belts it out. Sounds pretty good too. read more

A lovely park that is well maintained and has lots to do. There are baseball fields, a playground, skate park, tennis courts and pickle ball courts, volleyball courts and soccer fields, as well as plenty of luscious green grass to frolic around in and a nice paved walking path that can take you anywhere in the park, picnic benches and plenty of trash bins too. And best of all, there are bathrooms on site. I am so fortunate to live so close to such a beautiful place. read more

Neighbor across from park at 4709 Parkside Drive was dumping his yard waste at the southeast corner of the park on Sunday 3/22/20. He was using his wheel barrel to haul it across the street and dump it at the edge of the park. read more

Best park ever! Not only does it have a beautiful view of Mt. Rainer, but it also have activities for everyone. There's two soccer fields, two baseball parks, a skate park, two volley ball courts, 4 tennis course, 2 basketball courts, a running trail, several kids play areas, and several covered bbq areas as well. Every morning I take my dogs there to play, I run a couple miles on the trail, and play tennis in summer. There's a concession stand in spring and summer serving nachos, burgers, etc. The grounds are exceptially well maintained. There's bathrooms, garbages, and even several locations of free doggie pots. I can't imagine not living by this part. There's a variety of trees, lots of squirrels and many people to socialize with. This park is a huge part of my life. read more

A gem! A great place to exercise, socialize, or just relax at a picnic table with a cup of coffee. This park is beautifully maintained: The lawns mowed, trash containers emptied, bathrooms cleaned, doggie stations have clean-up bags, BBQ's cleaned and ready for use, playground equipment in good repair. Thank you, Lacey Parks, for doing an excellent job! I use this park regularly with my dog for the walking/running path. Tennis and basketball too- either a quick pick up game or to meet friends for a full match. I love to watch the soccer, baseball and rugby games. The Lacey Police maintain a presence, regularly checking to keep the park peaceful and calm so that everyone may enjoy it. Thank you, LPD! This park rocks! read more

Great open park with a base ball field, skate board ramps and lots of space for soccer practice. My kids love going there. The only thing lacking are swings. There are bathrooms, lots of parking, a pond and enough room for kids to ride their tricycles. We love going here. read more

I come here to walk/run. It is always clean. Every morning there is always workers doing something to improve the already beautiful Park. The pathway are paved. The path I use is one mile around. But there is so much more to offer. There are pavilions, playgrounds, a skatepark, tennis courts, soccer fields, baseball fields and volleyball courts. The police are always doing a drive by so I always feel safe coming g by here by myself. It's also very open and located I family neighborhood. It's a must see. read more

This is probably my favorite park in Lacey. it's very open and you have lots of space. I went to the tennis courts and they looked very well cared for. I would totally recommend and come back. read more
