This was such a cute little matcha and bingsoo cafe! The parking situation was a little interesting because it's technically ticketed parking, which surprised me considering how small the plaza is, but thankfully the cafe validates. The cafe itself is tucked into the corner of the plaza, so it can be a little easy to miss. Inside, everything was super clean and had a really nice, relaxed atmosphere. There were a few people working on their laptops while I was there, and I could definitely see this being a nice spot to sit and get some work done. They also have a photo booth inside, which was an interesting and fun little touch. I got the strawberry matcha and the strawberry bingsoo. As someone who isn't normally the biggest fan of bingsoo because my teeth are pretty sensitive to cold things, I actually thought they did this one really well. It had the perfect amount of sweetness, and I especially liked that the strawberry chunks weren't too big. They were much easier to eat without completely freezing my teeth off, which I appreciated. I did sit at a table near the window, and the sun made my table surprisingly warm, so I definitely had some motivation to eat the bingsoo quickly before it melted! The strawberry matcha was good as well. I liked the fresh strawberry puree, but I don't think it mixed into the matcha particularly well. Toward the end, I found myself moving my straw around mid-sip trying to get some strawberry and matcha at the same time because I realized that if I kept drinking from the same spot, I was going to finish all of the puree and be left with plain matcha. The matcha itself was only lightly sweetened and definitely more matcha-forward, which I personally didn't mind. If you're newer to matcha or prefer sweeter matcha drinks, though, this might be a bigger step into the actual matcha flavor compared to drinks at some other cafes. Overall, I had a good experience! The cafe was cute and clean, the bingsoo pleasantly surprised me, and I liked the matcha even with the mixing issue. I'd definitely come back if I were in the area, especially for the strawberry bingsoo!
An awesome Yelp Elite Experience at Floe Cafe and the perfect treat for the summer heat! I tried the Strawberry Bingsoo and Strawberry Matcha which made for a great pairing. The small bingsoo is fairly small but I thought it was a good size for one person. The shaved ice was light and refreshing and the strawberry topping added a nice sweetness without being too overwhelming. The Strawberry Matcha was also good. It had a subtle strawberry flavor that paired nicely with the matcha rather than overpowering it. I liked that it wasn't overly sweet, making it an easy drink to enjoy alongside the bingsoo. Overall, a cute spot to stop by when you're craving something cold and refreshing especially on a hot day. Parking during evening and weekends seem to be complimentary as parking poles remain up.
This place was so cute. I really liked the outdoor seating but I did not like the parking. We were able to park on the street because we didn't want to park in the private lot. It is located in around a lot of medical offices. I got the Biscoff Bingsoo which was very good. It was a nice and fluffy and it wasn't too sweet. I also got their Ube drink, which I'd come back for. It is super creamy and full of Ube flavors. Thank you, Yelp for this super cute and delicious experience!
This was such a fun and refreshing experience, perfect for these hot summer days. Floe sits in a cute little plaza, and the interior is even cuter once you step inside. I ordered the coffee biscoff bingsoo and the double matcha cloud, and both were chef's kiss. The coffee biscoff bingsoo was a standout. Every spoonful had that satisfying biscoff crunch, and the subtle coffee flavor paired well with it. The double matcha cloud tasted high‑quality and earthy without being bitter, and both hit that ideal level of sweetness. So happy I got to try Floe, and I already can't wait to come back and explore more of their bingsoos.
Thank you Yelp for another experience!! This place has very cute aesthetic, inside it's cute and clean, but the outside patio is the best part. Mostly covered, outdoor speaker playing some pretty good music, and lots of seating available. So why only 3 stars? Well, I guess maybe bingsoo just isn't for me unfortunately. This was my first time trying it, and I found it a little flavorless and bland, and while this experience was comped, I also found them extremely overpriced. I ordered one of the refreshers as my drink, and that was ok, nothing special. It was very busy when I arrived, and it showed in the speed of the service. Very slow pushing out orders. Parking at this location is also kind of a hassle, as there is no free parking anywhere in the area. Today the gate to their parking area was open so we didn't have to pay anything, but not sure that's always the case.
This was a Yelp Elite Experience that made me discover Floe Cafe and love it so much I actually had to come a SECOND time the next day because my girlfriend and I could not get enough of it! The cafe is located in what seems like a business / corporate area. Upon arriving to the front of the store, you'll see its nicely decorated and aesthetic outdoor seating area / patio, great for enjoying your drinks and bingsu. The interior was also really nice and clean. We had the Strawberry Matcha and Mango Bingsu, also ordering a separate Matcha Latte. Both Matcha drinks were spectacular, but the strawberry puree in the Strawberry Matcha was fantastic; sweet but still reminiscent of strawberry, like you can tell that fresh strawberry went into making it. The Bingsu was definitely a highlight for me as well. I'm usually not a fan of milk base Bingsu but the accompanying mango sauce, mango chunks, fresh cream, and cheesecake bites all layered into the shaved show made this a real sweet treat that had so much flavor in every bite. The staff were very friendly and helpful in taking our order. Thanks Hayley and Floe Cafe for this experience!!
Another awesome opportunity right here, very cool being able to participate. I tried out the strawberry bingsoo and grape ade refresher. I am beyond pleased with the bingsoo, that was an awesome treat! It was light and had so much flavor. No replacement for YL, but a welcoming change of pace getting in on something new. With a thorough mixing, the grape ade came through well. Very friendly flavor with strong sparkling water characteristics to it. For me, it paired well with the bingsoo.. Tried a sip of the biscoff latte that we ordered on the side, I was not impressed.. I love the modern feel, the photo booth tucked in the corner, and the outdoor seating so I could feel pinky out with everyone else.. The two ladies working were very friendly, informative with their available selections, and ensured I was happy with my overall experience. Certainly knew what they were doing. I dig how there are multiple coffee/drink spots in this one area. Everyone seems to capitalize on their own business with ease. I came on a Saturday where the surrounding medical buildings were mostly empty, none of the normal weekday traffic happening. I ended up parking my truck in the yellow loading zone right outside of the lot and didn't give a damn, I will tell you straight. I understand that the parking lot ticket can be validated though, for customers of these businesses.
Thank you Yelp OC and Floe Cafe for the sweet treat and refreshing matcha! Parking: Paid/validated parking. Not sure if I got lucky, but I didn't have to pay for parking. I visited on a Saturday afternoon. The parking kiosks were open. I've been in this private lot once before, and usually you do have to pay for parking. The only downside of a paid lot is that you can't take your time, especially if you want to stay and get some work done. Ambiance/Environment: This became a trendy spot through TikTok. There was consistent foot traffic when I visited, and it became busier towards late afternoon. The interior is minimal, bright, and clean. They even have a photo booth inside, which I thought was a cute idea. Although the space is medium sized, they have a good amount of indoor seating. There's also plenty of outdoor seating. Service: The cashier that assisted me was nice and knowledgable about the menu items. Throughput was quick and efficient after ordering. Bingsoo & Matcha: Everything on the menu looked appealing. I decided to try the Biscoff Matcha and Sweet Corn Bingsoo. The cashier mentioned the Biscoff Matcha is more on the sweeter end, so she adjusted the sweetness for me. I really enjoyed their matcha. The color and layers were also nice. The Biscoff flavor came from the foam and topped with Biscoff crumbs and cookie. The foam was thickkk! The flavors balanced perfectly. The Sweet Corn Bingsoo tasted exactly as described. It wasn't overly sweet, and there was a generous amount of corn bits with every bite. Can't wait to come back and try their other bingsoo and drinks!
What a cute cafe! Thank you to Hayley, Yelp team, and Floe Cafe for setting up this wonderful experience! The Floe café is located near the St. Jude medical center. It seems that in the daytime, the café is located in a gated parking lot. Floe does validate your ticket for 2 hours, but parking spots are limited. I chose to go at night to avoid the hassle of going through that. The gate was open, and there were many spots available. The cashier gave me plenty of time to look over the menu. He was friendly and patient. I ordered a strawberry matcha latte, a matcha latte, and a mango bingsoo. I came with a friend, so we could enjoy the café together. The cashier said the extra drink was on the house, but I told him that I would pay. It's important to support local businesses!! The matcha lattes came out first. The drinks are a bit too sweet for my liking. The ice helped dilute the sweetness. The matcha was flavorful and creamy. You could actually taste the matcha in the drinks, which was enjoyable. The mango bingsoo was perfect for sharing between 2 people. The shaved ice was milky, which was pleasant to eat by itself. Personally, I didn't enjoy the mango cream, since it was a bit too rich for me. The bingsoo was a refreshing treat, especially with the fresh mango. My friend and I decided to sit inside. We spent a good hour and a half catching up. The seats are pretty comfortable. There's lots of outside seating, which is perfect for summer time! I wished we did that instead, but maybe next time. I had a great time at this experience. Also, it's nice that they close at 10 pm. The cafe seems like a nice hang out spot, but probably at night. If I'm ever in the area, I would stop by for an iced matcha.
Floe Café is one of several food and drink spots located by mostly medical offices. The parking lot is private and gated, but they will validate parking for you. They have a nice covered patio out front. Inside, it is well air conditioned with several tables and with bench seating at some of the tables. They also have a photo booth and free wifi. I ordered the strawberry bingsoo. It was light, fluffy, refreshing, and not heavy. The bites with strawberry and the cream and syrup on top were extra yummy. The layer of strawberry fruit towards the bottom of the cup was a nice surprise. The regular size is perfect as it is filling, but I didn't feel stuffed after finishing it. The sweetness level was just right. For my drink, I had the Twilight Ube. I asked what was in it and they said whole milk, brown sugar, vanilla syrup, and ube. It had a great purple color, and I loved the foam top with candy sprinkles, but the ube flavor was very faint. I brought my girlfriend along, and she had the mango bingsoo with mochi. She really enjoyed it, but was surprised it had cheesecake bites in it which is normally an add-on. I'm not sure if they just added them by default for Yelpers or if it was a mistake, but she probably would have preferred to have them left out. She had the Grapefruit Ade for her drink which the woman at the counter said was one of her favorites. She really loved it, and said it was obviously freshly squeezed grapefruit as there was some pulp in it also (not a bad thing). Thank you Hayley, Yelp, and Floe Café for this nice treat!
The Coffee Biscoff Bingsoo is definitely one of my favorites. It wasn't overly sweet, which I really liked, and I loved the little sprinkles on top. The Biscoff cookie on top tied it all together nicely. I also tried the Einspanner, which was an interesting coffee drink. It's like an espresso topped with cream, but the flavor was perfectly balanced. It wasn't too sweet or bitter, which made it really easy to enjoy. The shop itself is cute, modern, and clean, with a nice atmosphere for hanging out. My only complaint is that some of the tables are a little small, especially if you're sharing a Bingsoo and drinks. They also have a large outdoor patio area, which is a nice option when you don't want to get cooped up inside. Overall, a great little spot for Bingsoo, coffee, and relaxing with friends. I'd definitely come back for another Coffee Biscoff Bingsoo! Thank you Hayley and team for another wonderful Elite Experience!
Thank you OC Yelp Elite Team for this Experience!! I was able to choose one drink and one bingsu for this experience. I went with the strawberry matcha and the grape bingsu. The matcha definitely surprised me! The green was gorgeous and I could tell they were generous with the matcha powder. The strawberry syrup was super yummy as well. Not gonna lie, I didn't think it tasted good during the first sip but as it sat for longer, it got even more delicious. I looooved the grape bingsu! I'm a big fan of green grape so I knew immediately I needed to try it. It was a perfect amount for 1-2 people and it was sooooo creamy and had the perfect amount of inclusions and syrup. I appreciated that it was layered! The shop itself was super cute and they had indoor and outdoor seating.
First off, the matcha is actually pretty good. It's thick, very matcha-y, and not sweetened to high heavens like a lot of other places. If this place was just matcha, I think I'd give it five stars! I tried the Cloud Matcha & I also purchased the banana matcha -- both were excellent. I would come back simply for the matcha. As for the bingsoo, I tried the mango. It was fine, the regular portion is shareable with 2 if you want to cool off. There were a few things that threw me off about the mango bingsoo, though. First, the cheesecake bits didn't feel like they belonged because the sticky texture with the squishy mango didn't complement each other in my opinion. Honestly, that could just be a preference thing. I wasn't a fan of the super thick cream they used, either -- though that might just be because I'm used to condensed milk elsewhere, and this felt a bit too cheesy by comparison. In addition, the mango seemed a bit overripe and there were a few bits that were really dark at the bottom. With only the two types of dessert options, I honestly thought the bingsoo could be a little bit better. Other than that, the cafe itself had a good selection of matcha varieties and I would keep coming back for that! This place was REALLY good! Such a cute place with indoor and outdoor seating with music playing outside. I opted for strawberry bingsoo and matcha cloud. As an extra I also ordered strawberry matcha. They came out looking and tasting so good! The bingsoo was fluffy and sort of creamy which I really liked. You could really taste the matcha flavor but it wasn't overpowering. Thank you Hayley and Floe team for this opportunity! read more
Parking: you can park in the gated area and have Floe validate your ticket or we found 10 minutes parking (since we weren't sure if we're could park in the gated area when we arrived) and just walked over. Seating: Indoor and Outdoor seating available, we went around 2pm which was really hot so we opted to sit inside Matcha: I am an avid Matcha lover and this Matcha flavor was delicious! Not too earthy, not too sweet, delicious! I opted for the Biscoff Matcha since I wanted to try both Biscoff items and it was delicious! I opted for light foam Bingsoo: I got the Coffee Bingsoo (I've never had Bingsoo before) and was worried it would be crazy sweet but the flavors weren't overpowering and the coffee flavor with the cookie was really perfect read more

Such an amazing event! Special thanks to Hayley for hosting another great Yelp event! Location-wise, I did feel like the spot was a little hidden within the shopping center, but they do have a private parking lot, and don't worry--they validate parking! I tried the strawberry matcha, and it was okay. I just wish it had a little more strawberry flavor. We also tried the corn bingsoo, and it was AMAZING! That was definitely the highlight for me, and I will absolutely be going back just for that! They have both indoor and outdoor seating, which is always a plus. Overall, such a fun experience, and I'm so glad I got to attend! read more

I've been to Floe for matcha before and was SO glad I could have a chance to try their Bingsu, especially on a hot day like this. I was greeted by the staff and quickly served today, which was a great improvement from my last visit. I got the Mango Bingsu and the Strawberry Matcha and both were excellent. The Bingsu was fluffy and not too sweet, and I especially loved how they layered the mango so that there was more at the bottom (a sweet treat surprise!). My oooonly critique is the bowl they serve it in is kind of narrow, so spills are inevitable. A wider bowl would make this a perfect experience. The Strawberry Matcha was excellent as well, the matcha was top notch and the strawberry puree was a nice addition. If I'm in the area I will be sure to visit again, and definitely recommend this place if you're craving Bingsu. Thank you again for the opportunity! read more

I had such a wonderful experience at Floe Cafe! I came on a very hot & humid day when it was 85° outside. & the strawberry bingsoo was honestly the PERFECT way to cool down. I have had shaved ice many times in my life especially Hawaiian shaved ice but I have never tried bingsoo. And wow!! I was pleasantly surprised! The shaved ice was incredibly delicate, soft & refreshing. It practically melted in my mouth. the cream, strawberry puree & fresh strawberries made every bite absolutely delicious. The texture was the most unique shaved ice I have ever had. It felt so light & refreshing while also rich & flavorful. The strawberry flavor really came through & complemented the matcha well. The strawberry matcha was SO good! The matcha tasted fresh & smooth. they were very generous with the strawberry puree. I mixed the puree with a straw & the combination was outstanding. The sweetness of the strawberry paired well with the earthy matcha. It tasted like everything was freshly prepared. I definitely want to come back to try some of the other flavors. I'm really glad I went with the strawberry combination for my first time! The whole cafe had such a cute, cozy & whimsical atmosphere. There were beautiful botanicals & plants throughout the cafe that gave a lovely essence. It made the cafe feel very inviting. There was a little photo booth inside which I thought was such a cute touch! The cafe has plenty of seating & everything felt comfortable & relaxing. I also really appreciated the staff & their energy. When I first walked in they didn't immediately rush over to greet me which I actually appreciated because I'm someone who likes to take a moment to look over the menu, take a few photos, videos & get settled without feeling rushed. I could also see that they were busy preparing everything fresh. Once I was ready to order everyone was very friendly & easygoing. Overall I really enjoyed Floe cafe. The atmosphere, the fresh flavors, the comfortable seating & the relaxing energy made it such a pleasant experience. The strawberry bingsoo & strawberry matcha were delicious. I had always came to the restaurant next door. Finally got a taste and was honestly surprised by the nice vibes and decor inside. Food and drinks were also better than I had expected. We had the matcha bingsoo and yuzu matcha tonic and it was real good!! Will definitely come back!! read more
What an awesome choice to have this matcha/bingsoo place for a Yelp Experience! Thank you to Hayley and those that assisted in making it happen! I made it on the last day of the Yelp Elite Experience- on a Saturday around 10am. It wasn't crowded at all. I noticed other reviewers commented on parking and the difficulty of it. I frequent this area due to the other restaurant and coffee shop nearby, so I guess I am used to it. I usually find something somewhere! They do free 2 hour validation in their lot and have specific parking spots for Floe. There is also some green painted curb parking 10-20 min, just outside of the paid lot. A lot of the parking spaces outside of the lot are marked for the surrounding medical businesses. Ok let's get onto the business. Floe has a beautiful outdoor patio area to the front of the store. Nice cushions and various seating that are clean and plenty of shade. They are closed for business on Sunday. The inside is very clean and modern. The girl behind the counter was pleasant and assisted with my order. I ordered the Biscoff matcha latte without a syrup topping since I didn't want it too sweet I also got the strawberry bingsoo. The bingsoo was really creamy and good. It had strawberry bits on the bottom. The whole thing almost tasted like ice cream, without the heavy feel. I would rather eat this than ice cream! The Biscoff matcha was not sweet which was perfect for me. The Biscoff crumbles on top were nice- crunchy and plentiful with a cookie. It added to the sweetness. It also had a thick sweet cream caramel texture mixed into it that was sooo delicious! I was sad to have finished it so fast! My husband even took a few too large of sips and he doesn't even drink matcha! I ordered him a basic cafe latte which he said was very very good. They have limited coffee menu since they cater to the matcha and bingsoo but it's surprisingly really good! All drinks were made with regular whole milk but you can sub oat milk if desired. I would definitely return now that I know their quality drinks are delicious! read more
Thanks Yelp, Hayley, and Floe for putting this on. Nestled in the middle of a bunch of medical offices, I never would've discovered this cute plaza if it weren't for this event! Ordered the Biscoff matcha and strawberry bingsoo (and then added on a matcha bingsoo because we couldn't choose just one flavor!). The texture of their bingsoo is so creamy and fluffy, it instantly melts in your mouth. This also means it melts quickly in the cup, so you'll need to eat it right away. The regular size bingsoo costs $9.99 which is a little pricey considering the amount, but the quality does make up for it. The Biscoff matcha needed a good amount of mixing to get the sweetness incorporated throughout the drink. I loved the chunks of Biscoff cookie that were mixed in as it gave a little crunch with each sip. Overall it was a great experience with friendly staff, quick food preparation, and a really cute environment both inside and outside! Thanks for having me, Floe! read more
Thank you Hayley, Yelp OC, and Floe Cafe for a delicious experience. As part of the Yelp Experience, we were able to get one drink of choice along with a small Bingsoo so I opted for a Ube Matcha Cloud and a Matcha Bingsoo. We also ordered a Mango Bingsoo and Coffee Biscoff Bingsoo as it was hard to narrow it down to just one flavor. The small size bingsoo is a good individual sized portion and was very refreshing. My favorite flavor was the matcha with the perfect balance of sweet red bean and chewy mochi on top. The cafe is cozy and cute and I appreciate how they have both indoor and outdoor seating options. Parking in the lot usually requires validation however, when we came after 8:00pm on a Friday night, the parking arm gates were actually up so no ticket or parking validation was needed which was a welcome surprise. Floe was a great way to end our night and I'm thankful for the opportunity! read more
This cafe is really cute with lots of cover from the sun and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The storefront even has a photo booth! This Korean cafe has a variety of drink and dessert options. The parking lot connected to it has validated parking, but today 8/7 the parking gate arms were up so we didn't have to validate or pay for parking. I'm not sure how this normally works, but based on the signage and other reviews it seems pretty strict and expensive so I'd make sure to be diligent. Grape bingsoo - 4.5/5, I really liked the fresh fruit toppings! The grape sweetener tastes a cough syrupy, but overall this is a good seasonal flavor! Strawberry Lemon Ade - 5/5, the strawberry puree is fresh and the ade is very bubbly! This was a refreshing drink on a hot summer day. read more
Thank you for an amazing Yelp Elite Event! Came in for a matcha treat and left already planning my next visit. Got the matcha biscoff latte with oat milk and the coffee biscoff bingsoo, and both were fantastic. The matcha biscoff latte struck a great balance -- earthy matcha with a caramelized biscoff drizzle that didn't overpower it. Not too sweet, nicely layered, and great matcha flavor. The coffee biscoff bingsu was the real star. Fluffy shaved ice, a generous dusting of biscoff crumble, and a whole cookie perched on top for crunch. Coffee flavor came through without being bitter, and the portion was easily shareable.Presentation is on point (served on a nice wood tray), and the vibe of the space is clean and minimal. I came on Friday evening around 8pm and the parking gate was open/free. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu. read more
Cute little cafe hidden in the corner near a senior living/medical center area! Parking can be little rough for new customers. I accidentally parked in the wrong(?) place and received a warning (oops)! Don't be like me, and remember to read ALL the signs, even if one says for customers only, there may be another sign that says for patients only LMAO. I was in and out in about 10 minutes though, so I'm high key surprised I received a warning. ANYWAYS The cafe itself is very clean and spacious! I love the decor and how modern it is. There's also a photo booth to take pictures with your loved ones! The employee working there was very patient and kind. I ordered the double matcha and sweet corn bingsoo, per her recommendation. The matcha was decent! I was a bit skeptical about the sweet corn bingsoo, but wanted to try it because it was the employee's favorite, and it was pretty good! The bingsoo isn't super sweet. It's light, fluffy, milky, and refreshing! If I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely like to try their matcha or coffee biscoff bingsoo! The cafe size is big! There's seating inside with a photobooth and even larger outside patio. I arrived at 5pm, so the parking lot was open. I'm not sure what the parking situation is like during regular business hours for the medical/office complex. I loved the corn bingsoo! It was garnished with charred corn, buttercream, corn bingsoo, underneath it had some corn slushie and corn bits. It was corn heaven. You can taste the corn milk they froze and then shaved down to this fine texture that was densely packed. They had so many matcha drink options. The informative cashier recommended the coconut cloud for something refreshing or double matcha. I took his recommendation and tried the violet matcha cloud. But then learned I don't like violet syrup, it tastes floral and bubble gum like. Although, it was an aesthetic drink. read more

Parking is paid but I came around 8 and I entered for free :) The space is very cute and aesthetic with lots of seating and a cute photobooth! We ordered ube latte and mango bingsoo Ube latte 4/5: I thought this drink lacks a bit of flavor. There wasnt a lot of of ube flavor but more milky. Mango bingsoo 4/5: shareable bowl for 2 people! Mango was sweet but I did not like the thick cream they put on top, it makes the dessert overly sweet imo. Otherwise, good balance! read more
What a perfect cafe for a summer day or night out. They are known for matcha in all the ways you'll like it. They also have coffee, tea, and refresher options. Their double matcha was creamy and not too sweet. Their bingsoo was perfect!! A nice portion (regular, but they have a large portion) with fresh flavors and the smoothest textured fluffy shaved ice. The strawberry bingsoo was so fresh and the layer of strawberries in between made it light and flavorful. They have plenty of seating inside and a cute courtyard space shared with other businesses outside. The space inside is simple and cute, and they have a Photo Booth. The parking was confusing at first, validation is required during certain times, but it was free without validation when I got there after 7pm. It's a pretty quiet area with the hospital and other businesses surrounding. Ye-jun (hopefully I spelled correctly), was very warm and helpful with deciding what to order. There's free 2-hour parking in the adjacent lot w/ validation. I tried the Double Cloud Matcha w/ oat milk, and it had a good matcha flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. The oat milk gave it a grounded taste that works well with matcha. The Biscoff Bingsoo was also really tasty. It wasn't overly sweet (always a compliment), and the textures were well balanced with crushed crumbs, Biscoff cookie pieces, and whipped cream. The whipped cream was the sweetest component, but the light, milky bingsoo balanced everything out really well. The cafe also has a photo booth, good spot to hang out with friends or study. read more

Parking may be tricky since it's small and surrounded by medical offices. There is designated parking with signs for Floe, but it's limited. Otherwise, you would find parking in the structure and walk. Remember to get your parking ticket validated!! I came around 10am, so there was plenty of parking. I imagine it can get busy later in the day. I got the double matcha cloud, which was recommended to me by the employee. It is one of their popular drinks, and I agree! I also got their coffee biscoff bingsoo, which is a popular choice as well. It was probably the best bingsoo I've had! I love that the biscoff crumbs were plenty and throughout, not just on top. Additionally, I got a chocolate croissant to-go. Very cute and spacious inside! There's also a photo booth and patio seating. Also, healthcare workers get 10% off. ORDER mango bingsoo (4/5) strawberry matcha (4/5) There was a sign saying the bingsoo was sold out, but I was still able to order one. The bingsoo base was so yummy, milky and soft. The mango jam on top was just too sweet for my liking and there was too much mango jam compared to the shaved ice. I prefer fresh mango, compared to the jam on top. I was super impressed with the strawberry matcha! The strawberry puree was perfectly sweet. The matcha itself wasn't too sweet, which I really liked. Overall, I would come back for a late night dessert. The matcha bingsoo looked really good as well :P SERVICE The service was straight to the point... no small talk, which I don't mind. Nothing special about the service, but nothing to complain about either. My order came out super quick! AMBIANCE Paid parking, but I think you can get it validated. My fav spot to date to get this. And I really appreciate how you can get it in 2 sizes. One big is usually way too large for me Matcha cloud. Great matcha flavor. Love the foam. A matcha drink paired with a bowl of bingsoo was the perfect way to cool down. The Double Matcha Cloud delivered exactly what I was hoping for -- rich, earthy matcha with a light, creamy finish. The Biscoff Matcha was another standout, with the flavors of Biscoff and matcha balanced perfectly so neither overpowered the other. I'm so glad we got to try both drinks! Choosing a bingsoo flavor was the hardest part because they all sounded delicious, but we ended up going with the Sweet Corn Bingsoo, and it did not disappoint. The shaved ice had a smooth, milky texture rather than an icy one, making it incredibly light and creamy with every bite. The sweet corn flavor struck a great balance of sweet and creamy, and my sister and I actually preferred it over the Mango Bingsoo. This was my first time hearing about Floe Cafe across from St. Jude, and what a cute little gem! There's dedicated parking the lot out front and the cafe offers 2 hours parking with validation. They have an outdoor lounging area as well as tables inside. The cafe looks small, but offers plenty of seating and even has a photobooth inside! I opted for a matcha cloud -- a classic just to try -- and decided on the grape bingsoo. Sweet and refreshing, especially on a hot day! I love the fresh fruit on top. I heard some other customers that were disappointed at the amount of fruit on top at first, but realized there was more fruit at the bottom. It's true! Plenty of fruit in each cup at the bottom. The smaller size is more than enough for 1 person to enjoy, and the bigger size is a great sharing portion. What a great local highlight! I can't wait to suggest this cute spot to friends! read more
Went here on a Saturday morning. It's located in a very clean and safe area, next to eateries and medical offices. The parking situation was a little tricky, but there are ample spots. Just read all the signs carefully to avoid a ticket or tow. Upon entering Floe, I noted that there are spaces to sit outside and eat. The interior was beautiful and there are ample amount of chairs to sit. I got the strawberry matcha and mango bingsoo. The strawberry matcha was delicious. The Mango bingsoo was very light and refreshing. It's big enough that it can be shared. I look forward to coming back. read more

another great yelp event! we got the biscoff matcha and strawberry bingsoo. the strawberry bingsoo is creamier than most bingsoos. they also had mini strawberry bits which was delicious! we were pleasantly surprised with the biscoff matcha! everything is not too sweet which is the perfect compliment for asian desserts. read more
A great Yelp Elite event in the city of Fullerton! Private parking but they validate. Very clean, bright, casual atmosphere inside with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Quick and friendly service. I had the strawberry bingsoo (like a refreshing flavored snow). It was fresh, cool, and delicious. I also had the banana latte which was fantastic! I really enjoyed getting to experience Floe Cafe! Their strawberry bingsoo was delicious, and I also liked the double matcha cloud. Everything was perfectly sweet without being overly sweet. I do, however, wish the matcha was a little bit stronger in the drink. But overall, it was yummy. love love love this spot! perfect size dessert for either one person or for sharing. you don't feel heavy after eating it. it's so light and fluffy! Had a great time trying Floe Cafe. The parking was plentiful on Wednesday evening around 7pm. The cafe is tucked in a corner of the plaza with plenty of overhead shade covering. We chose a strawberry macha a mango bingsoo. Both were very tasty and refreshing. The staff was very friendly and gave my son a free vending machine coin and the toy kept him entertained and busy for a while. We purchased another bingsoo to-go because it was delicious! Thank you Floe Cafe, Hayley and the Yelp team! It is such a refreshing treat for this summer heat to enjoy a bingsoo and matcha. It is tucked in the corner in the small plaza by St. Jude but plenty of parking available either inside the parking lot or right outside. I ordered the strawberry matcha and it was a perfectly balanced flavor with matcha and strawberry and I ordered the mango bingsoo which melted in your mouth with a perfect touch of sweetness! Amazing Yelp event! Staff were super friendly and quick. The strawberry matcha tasted amazing. The strawberry puree was one of the best I've had and I loved the freeze dried strawberries on top. Their bingsoo is top tier. Could've used a little less mango and more shaved ice but the taste was amazing. I also really liked the size of the bingsoo. It wasn't super big like some other spots. I was fortunate to get on the list to try Floe Cafe. I was able to get the coffee biscoff and the cloud matcha. There is seating available inside and outside. I went at night and decided to sit inside. They also have a Photo Booth that's inside which is cool. The coffee biscoff was refreshing since it's been pretty hot this summer. The cloud matcha was super delicious. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and they have a wide variety of drinks available. read more
Absolutely loved my experience at Floe Cafe! Everything was superb and I really felt like a VIP. I tried their Matcha cloud drink which was heavenly. I would for sure order that again, the cream top was rich, creamy, and was the perfect accompaniment to the Matcha. I got the Strawberry Bingsoo which was so refreshing and delicious, the ideal treat on a hot summer day. I will for sure be visiting again. The customer service was also phenomenal, they gave great recommendations, took their time in preparing the items, and even were so kind to give my son a token for their toy machine. I tried the violet coconut cloud matcha and was pleasantly surprised. The girl working the front was super sweet and they were definitely working hard to fulfill orders. Got the Ube matcha cloud and Grape bingsoo with condensed milk, mochi, and ice cream. Loved the grape bingsoo (first time having this flavor) and the mochi topping was delicious. As for the matcha, it was pretty flavorless/watered down and there was no ube flavor when mixed in with the matcha. Service was amazing and was very packed when I came in the evening. This was such a great Yelp event! I love that they let us try a matcha and a bingsu. I got the strawberry matcha, which was very good, but the strawberry overpowered the matcha. I could still taste the strong matcha and loved the real strawberry bits but would have preferred more matcha than strawberry. The mango bingsu was amazing and highly recommend! I didn't love the cheesecake bites that go with it, but it was still very good. The cashier was very nice and welcoming. There's plenty of seating inside and outside. They also have a photobooth inside! Love that there's free parking too. Overall, a great Yelp event! read more
What a treat to get to experience Floe Cafe thanks to the ocyelp team! I knew the general location and was already expecting parking to be a challenge but luckily I went around late afternoon and there was plenty of parking in the tiny lot! Very clean and modern interior. Staff were nice and welcoming as well. I got the violet coconut cloud, coffee biscoff bingsoo, and the seasonal grape bingsoo. My drink was super refreshing especially since it was a really hot day. There was a hint of the violet but I wish there was a little more of the violet flavor. Both bingsoo flavors were really good too! Nice cold treats to help cool off. This is a nice place to meet up with friends or get some studying done. Thank you Yelp! This was my first time coming to one of these, and I had a good experience. The staff were friendly, the cafe was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The only thing was the parking, you have to pay to be in the lot and the parking around it was quite busy. There's a lot of space and seating with shade which was refreshing with the fresh breeze. Drinks and bingsoo were delicious and refreshing, I would come back. read more

Thank you to Yelp OC for the experience! I was unfamiliar with bingsoo until this experience. My only reason for the 4 stars is because it's in an unusual medical office park and parking was difficult. Entering Floe Cafe it was cute and small. I was excited to try the Ube Cloud Matcha and then the Mango Bingsoo. The bingsoo was absolutely delicious and for a small it was hard for me to finish on my own so I thought the price was justified. There was also a generous amount of toppings which was great! I would say that was the most impressive item compared to the matcha. But overall a great experience, but not sure if I would return just based on its location. read more
