Jacksonville: we have a winner. I've had a hard time finding a good salon here and I've found it. I came in to get a powder dip nail set and they DELIVERED. I picked my color and was initially nervous that it was too shimmery and too bright. My nail tech assured me that it wouldn't be the end product but I was skeptical. She was very attentive and meticulous in her work. She filed my nails to my liking with no issue. The end product was beautiful. The best part is that it LASTS. I am so happy with the Update: that first time was the last time that I had good service there. I've been there 3 more times and my gel manicures and toe nail polish have been horribly applied by various techs. I will absolutely not be back. read more

Have finally given up on this nail salon after three tries. Introduced to it by a friend who swears by them. Each visit has been incrementally worse. Today, after making an appointment, I arrived and was told to wait. Then there was a little internal staff dust up because a free manicurist did not step up to help me and seemed to be hiding in the back. Words were exchanged among the staff and then she started in on my feet. I specifically requested someone when I made the appointment who could work with my ingrown nail (this skill is why my friend uses them) and was assured this would happen. This was not such a person. She was rough. I had to tell her she was hurting me, remind her that she had not done the nail several times but she was oblivious to this. She seemed really angry and was working this out on my feet. I almost walked out but a little difficult when your feet are wet and slippery. The post pedicure shoulder massage was rough and abrupt. I left almost immediately and am actually sore. My feet are rougher than when I went (Had a less than satisfactory pedicure here 2 weeks before but thought it a one off.) and actually sore. Cuticles, bottom of feet and edge of nail. I was planning on talking to the owner when I paid but he had left. Convenient location, good price but not a fan. read more

I go for the foot and leg massage and not really for the Mani-pedi. I get the family % of $50 for an hour. OMG you've got to come and feel good for an hour! I usually see Kathy, but she was busy today, so I have Cindnu. read more

I don't like giving bad ratings but this is one of the worst nail salons I've ever been to. Ive been here twice and both times I came here they took a really long time to get me started. They seem to be scrambling around, chatting, and moving very slowly. It took 2 hours for me to get a regular mani/pedi-- in part due to their lack of nail dryers. The nail lady assured me that my nails were dry just from air drying, so I put my shoes on and I had a few smudges. I had to ask several times tweak some things while she was painting my nails and she got irritated. The shop has very outdated equipment and supplies and is also pretty lackluster but the prices are ok. The 2 nail techs I had were very unprofessional and mundane. Ive been to many nail salons in Jacksonville and this is one of the least skilled ones I've been to. Don't recommend coming here read more

Ok... so I have only been there one time, and I rarely splurge on such luxuries, but make an appointment for a pedicure with Ty at Nail Co and you won't be dissappointed. Of course you get the nail color of your choice, the nice massage chair and the plethora of great celebrity guilty pleasure magazines. But you also get the best leg massage I have ever had during a pedicure and when you move over to get your toes under the dryer, you get a shoulder massage. Well worth the money. read more

have been going for over two years and have had bad experiences just recently, I was working with the guy and he has been leaving early or is fully booked all the time. I had him only 1 time in the past 2 1/2 months and he did a horrible job rushed through the process and did not care how it looked after wards. now moving on to the woman. She took over doing my nails, she did my nails the last 3 times and every time she has screwed up. The first time was fine she took her time they came Oh great I absolutely love them I went in for a second time to get green short nails she didn't even ask how short I wanted to cut them so I had to cut my nails by myself whenever I got home she didn't even put the full coat on and she left so many spots unpainted the last time which was today I get in there I made an appointment after trying to contact them for multiple days on end got in there finally today at 7:15 on time for my appointment in formed her that I had an appointment at 7:15 she told me that I did not look at the books and then took me with an attitude I sat down I told her that I want a pink hombre she did not ask me how dark I wanted how late I wanted what color pink I wanted nothing she pulled out a pink started going on with it she asked me is OK I told her it's OK for a final base and to begin with I still wanted a darker pink called my boyfriend over and he even said it is not pink enough she immediately got an attitude and informed me I should have told her before we started. How do I know what's going through your mind?! She Continue to complain about taking me even though I set up an appointment and complained about having to stay later, horrible service all the way around if your looking to go here don't waste your money take it and go some place else. Nothing fancy! No crazy tv screens! No Bling and wall art - minimal shop / just great standard pedicures and pricing. It looks like a little shop hidden and it's a great kept secret for the lakéwood neighborhood. Staff superfriendly towards children- and they finish off a standard pedicure with a complimentary shoulder massage! Open on Sundays! No complaints and def coming back! read more

I read all the reviews and maybe I was just expecting more. The staff were very friendly, but the pedicure was nothing special at all. It was extremely short, and the place looked run down as a whole. My seat looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and there was a massage control that had no buttons.
