Had a 10:30 appt for 3 pedicures and a full set. Noon and leaving with 3 pedicures and a manicure for my daughter... No one ever acknowledged the fact I still hadn't been taken care of for my full set. The ladies that did our pedicure were great. I have previously had good experiences here but today was the exception. When i walked in the door 20 minutes after opening I was rudely informed that it waz gonna be a while because they only had 3 techs today. 3 techs on a Saturday not cool. I have been waiting an hour. The tech that waz so rude acts like she can't do pedicures. She can only do manicures/nails. I don't like being treated like a second class citizen just because I'm over weight and have no makeup on. I have 2 college degrees and a really good job and I showered and shave this morning so get over yourself. read more

I like this place, kinda. On the bright side: They have gel powder for full set. The staff is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable. It's a lovely calm atmosphere and it's definitely worth visiting!! The reason it's a 3 star review: My nails are crooked. The lady who did my nails (who is also the owner) got up while doing my nails to talk on the phone for 15 minutes. 15. Minutes. Literally WHO does that?? The lady who did my pedicure burned me with the wax they put on my feet and legs, because she didn't check the temperature, and it was so uncomfortable that I had to pull my feet out and she just kept going as if that was normal. Also left my feet and legs super dry?? Messed my toe polish up and NEVER APPLIED A TOP COAT????? I probably will go back because it's so close to my house, but my God, was it full of problems. read more

This was our first time coming here. We were walk-ins, only had a 10 minute wait. Staff was very friendly, the location was very clean, many polish color options. The adults were offered wine. They have at least 8 pedicure stations, in addition to the 8 or so nail stations. We had 3 pedicures done. They have several pedicure packages, all reasonably priced. If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. I highly do not recommend visiting here. I had about an hour & a half to kill waiting for my daughter's dance recital at Thrasher Horne. I figured I would get my nails filled. I requested SNS dip and I think it was the tech's first time using dip powder. She dipped each of my nails at least 10 times. After sitting in the chair an hour & 15 minutes, my nails were still nowhere near being done. I had to get up mid-mani and leave. My nails look terrible and I will never return here again. We got there just to get a polish change and we had the guy do both our polishes (mine was gel). He was so rough and burned me twice with the machine and then nicked me with the file. So for some time​ now I've been seeking out a new salon and ran across this salon. One thing I've noticed with many salons​​ is, in my opinion, ​they aren't cleaning and sterilizing the way things should be done. The one thing that caught my attention was the plastic liners for the pedi chairs. Funny because I was just in the process of purchasing​ some to take with me to another salon​ for my pedis. Upon entrance of the facility you encounter BeBe, she was at the check-in​ counter. As soon as I walked in she greeted me. Check number 1, then she asked how she could help me, check number 2. I asked her if they did SNS and she responded yes, and then provided me with all the SNS colors they had. While scrolling​through​h the colors she presented me with an iPad​ to fill in my basic info, I was a little confused until checking my email after I left. Once you go in and sign up with the iPad​, you're then provided with log-in info to set up appointments online. WHAT??? Check #3-love it since we are now in such a technological age. I prefer to do most things online. Also while signing up you are able to pick your services so they know exactly what you want. No mix-up. Check#4. The decor of the facility is nice and inviting. The one thing that had thrown me off was all the different jars behind the counter with herbs but later found out these are choices for different types of Pedi's-SAY WHAT?? Check#5. After getting all the formalities out of the way I was taken to the pedi chair where my pedicurist​ was waiting for me. I chose a regular pedi with peppermint crystals-OMG the smell was amazing. Now my first small issue was for me the water was super HOT, I mean HOT to the point of me not being able to put my feet in. She ended​ up having to scoop some of the water out so she could add cold water, finally, ​the water temperature​ was perfect...​AHHHHH in heaven. So as she started the process​ she asked me did I have on Gel polish, yes, I nodded. Now here is the strange part for me and maybe there's​ a reason its done this way but I've never experienced​ this. Normally when there's gel on the toes the pedicurist will have a drill to remove the polish-nope not here-she took some cotton and aluminum​ foil, wrapped it around my toes to assist in the process. So now that my toes have to soak, she then moved me from the pedi chair to do my nails. Oh, and let's not forget the fresh lemon that's rubbed on the nail bed-WHAT?? Now that was something new to me. Loved it! This salon offers an array of services and products. My customer service experience was nothing less than pleasant. I think this is my new nail salon. read more

The people are VERY nice and they are open on Sunday which is a plus! I have been to this place twice when I visit 904. Forget it if you have a set amount of time to get your nails done. Both times I have come into the place I have been in with another person. It's takes well over 2 hours for two people to get anything done. They will only have one person work on your party at a time. Both time that I have been there someone has got up from working on my toes to assisting someone else! If you need time to fill in your day this is the place to go but if you have other things to do move on to another place. read more

I absolutely love this nail salon! The owner Be and her husband are the sweetest people. Her staff is super friendly too ! I get my false lashes done here and they last almost 2 months. Her prices are affordable and I always get my gel nails and pedicures there. She also provides facials, and permanent makeup.The salon is super clean and she has adorable decor for the holidays! They were able to get me in first thing on a Sunday. I was greeted upon arrival and given a choice of pedicure to choose from. My pedicure was flawless. The place is very clean and the massage chair was fantastic. The only thing I would've changed is the choice of music one of the ladies decided to play. I'll bring headphones next time. read more

The lady doing my nails cut me 3 times while filing, and the end result of my French manicure was just a straight white stripe painted at the bottom of my nail.. and some aren't even straight. Last of all of all, they sat a customer in the seat right next to me when there was another whole empty booth available with NO mask. Will not be back! read more

Very nice and clean salon with luxurious massage chairs and TV! They always offer complimentary wines, sodas, or bottles of water for customers. Bich and Jackie are the partners of this salon. They are very nice and friendly. They have other technicians work there, too. They use the covers for their pedicure bins and sterilized nail utensils. The price is reasonable. I usually make appointments with Bich when she's available. She knows what I want since she has been doing my manicure/pedicure at different nail salons for 9 years before becoming one of the owners of this salon. She is the best and so sweet and friendly. She always takes her time and makes sure I feel comfortable. I wish their salon is closer to where I live. In the meantime, it's worth my time to drive a long way to this salon because Bich did an excellent job! I hope one day they will move their business to the area where I live. :-) read more

I showed a reference picture of the shape and color I was looking for and asked if they could do something similar. To which the lady replied yes. when she began do my manicure she completely disregarded the picture I had shown her and when I told her I wanted an oval shape she became visibly annoyed. She then began to file them more but what I was left with is a bunch of different shaped nails some oval and some more squared off. The Polish she applied was also super goopy coming out of the bottle and left me with a patchy lumpy manicure. Should also mention this took two hours for her to complete and look terribl. read more

I came in yesterday with a friend of mine for our scheduled appointment times at 11. There was no greeting whatsoever, instead I was met with a blank 10 second stare from the lady behind the desk. We both made appointments to get a manicure & pedicure, yet the staff was unaware of what appointments we had made because they obviously didn't write them down, & my friend wasn't able to get her other appointment done. On top of that, the lady was extremely rude. I felt like I was very unwelcome there & they acted as if it was a burden that I was there. I drove 45 minutes to meet my friend to come to this nail place & I regret it. I had to go to the bathroom before my appointment started so I simply asked where the bathroom was & I was yelled at to hurry & "go!" while she casually threw up her hand in the direction of the bathroom. During my pedicure, my friend told me they sell wine there. I asked the lady giving me my pedicure if they had any & she mumbled "ugh, yeah we usually have it here", so then I proceed to ask if they have red wine (was told they're out) so then I asked if they had any white wine (was also told they were out). I proceeded to ask about five other types of alcoholic beverages that I was also told they were out of.....so then I finally asked what all they DO have after being told five different times they're out of what it was I was asking for. The lady then told me they're out of everything. Why would you not tell me that upfront instead of letting me ask about five different types of beverages? From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was unwelcome & unwanted. I would appreciate some kind of compensation. Be welcoming to your customers. Don't act like it's a burden that they're there. I will never ever be back. Pitiful & sloppy. Their work was at least a little better than their crappy attitude, but nothing wonderful - just average, ok work. read more

You need to try one of the herbal pedicures. It has real herbs and essential oils and comes with hot wax and stone massage. They are very clean, they use liners in the spa, disposable file and buffer. I love to get my cupcake from next door and enjoy it while I get my pedicure, sooo relaxing. read more

Had not been here in years. The shop has new owners that are awesome. They have expanded the shop and added more spa chairs and services. They now do eyelashes, facials and Bebe does threading. I was able to book online. I love the liners in the foot spa. The floors were clean, the staff was nice and spoke English to me. read more
