Cleanliness is well kept here from restrooms to the work stations to the waiting area. I appreciate any business that takes sanitization and cleanliness a priority. Sure a business/barber can learn all that they can during their cosmo/barber school but will they actually apply it? Not many do. It's a must to sanitize. When I went, the store was closed but I heard a honk. To my surprise, it was Ann! She opened the door and explained to me that she went to do some errands due to a no show and I was able to fit in same day at the time I arrived. For cut, style, and wash, this was $40 either cash or Zelle to Ann. She told me that the number indeed is no longer valid and each of the hairstylists are contacted by their personal phone number to schedule appointments etc. I typically don't go to the same hairstylists unless if the price is cheap/ the person cuts well. Personally, $40 is a lot but I wasn't only give those services. Ann was the first hairstylist to ask me the temperature of the water I use to wash my hair since she noticed I have thinning hair. Even telling her I have genetic hair loss, she reassured me it can be combatted in some ways. I feel confident to come back to get my hair cut by Ann after my very first time here. Definitely out of my budget in some ways but where can you find this package for this price? I highly would recommend Ann! She's such a sweet person too!

Although my hair was bleached and created patchy areas for her to work with, Lisa managed to help my hair look super nice! While working on my hair, she was very communicative. She told me what was possible for my hair because I originally asked for a lighter color, but that wouldn't have worked since my hair was darker then. Not only that, but she worked with my already damaged hair and made sure not to damage it even more! Throughout the process, she talked to me about what she was going to do and had a conversation with me. At other places, the hair dressers are often quiet so this was a pleasant change for me. I haven't booked another appointment yet, but I would definitely come back when time permitting and whenever I have enough cash! (:

I recommend Teresa and Q Salon. Topping off that nurturing by going across the plaza for a Xinia's pastry is my idea of a big day now.
